For parking storage not worth it break in all the time police won't do anything because people are in mask. Things don't last a week once occupied it will be gone completely or broken into and vandalized. Regular storage is good, no problem.

My wife and I (Dan & Pam) were searching for an affordable option to store our furniture. I feel that we were blessed with not only good prices but with really good customer service. Every step of the way our rep Philipia was so nice that she did not leave us hanging. From aquring the locks, introducing the loading area, and helping us control the gate from our phone was an overall a great experience. In addition to Public storage, they do offer cart, which is a huge help if you don't have moving resources. Highly recommend this place. -God bless

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT think of coming to this storage ! It looks safe because it’s inside units but it is NOT ! mine & 6 other units were broken into and items were stolen from our storage yet the office ladies (besides philipa) acted like this was normal !! They actually didn’t even know units were broken into until 2pm when we went to the office to complain about our unit being opened ! Sad.. Didn’t care to do anything about it just tell you to call the police and let them handle it. no refund, NOTHING! Save yourself the stress and don’t come here ..

Don’t park any vehicles at this location. They broke into my trailer by drilling out the locks and pried open the door and then the following month they pried open my storage doors and took my $200 extension cord. They obviously don’t care about security and will do nothing about it. They even have some homeless person living in a van with a dog and cat wondering around the last time I was there. Cameras are there just for decoration since nobody monitors them. What a mistake storing my trailer there.

storing vehicle here and come every week or so to run engine, came today after not being here two week and the catalytic was stolen. Front desk extremely unhelpful and told me cameras won’t help and that i choose to store at my own risk. What a load and extremely unhelpful, do not store here

I've been renting a public storage for a few years now and honestly it's been so far good experience I've haven't had no troubles with anybody that also rents there and I can't complain. The staff at Public Storage has been very helpful and forgiving at the same time. I was supposed to be out of one storage unit on to another the same day but I wasn't able to but they forgave me and let me proceed the next day without charge. Now that was a great deal for me. I just hope I didn't get anybody in trouble for helping me out and thank you very much Public Storage.

I have stored my belongings here in two separate units over the past year. The staff is always friendly and the building is always clean and secure. I never questioned the safety of my belongings and was always happy to know I had chosen the perfect place to store my stuff. Thank you Corona Public Storage for the great experience.

Crystal is outstanding! She always greets with a smile and she is very accommodating. I always feel welcome, safe and confident storing my things here. I had a beautiful experience and I highly recommend their storage services.

Beware!!!! You can't ever seem to reach staff or they have an attitude and are lazy if in person. Everything is constantly broken like the gate, lights, elevator and filthy. Homeless people live there and will harass you. Nothing but non-stop issues. They raise their prices way up each year and say that's the going rate, but I check around and it isn't at all. They have awful customer service. I hate this place. They constantly change rules so you don't know what to expect and charge fees on everything. Getting a cart is not convenient. Using the website even presents frustrating regular issues. Bad news all around. It's my nightmare of a facility.

Do Not Do Business Here! Bad Customer Service. So my dad had reserved a unit here for me and I tried calling several times to confirm and to ask a few questions. I called 4different times and nobody ever answered nor returned my phone calls. So I went down there and when I walked into the office Kristal was talking on her cell phone. I waited a few minutes and she just let the phone ring while she continued talking away on her cell. After about 5 minutes of waiting she finally hung up. She never greeted me. She had an attitude that I was there. She never even offered to show me my unit. She was straight out rude to me. So decided to take my business elsewhere. I can’t believe they would have someone like this working the front desk.

Both times I've needed to discuss something with someone in the office there has been NO ONE there. During their 'supposed' office hours. They take breaks whenever they feel like it I guess. And now they've changed their hours to something ridiculous. I had picked this place specifically because of the early/late access to my unit.

This place has the worst customer service ever especially Krystal! She shouldn’t be even dealing with the public. She has an attitude and is rude and lazy!! Don’t waste your money at this facility! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Nobody cares about your belongings. They have the worst customer service and Crystal “the so called manager” is rude, has an attitude, and mad at the world. This facility is dirty. Nobody ever picks up the trash or sweeps the halls. It looks nice from the outside but DO NOT let that fool you. There is so much theft that goes on here they have a detective assigned to this facility.

This place has just cut access hours from 6 to 9 To 930 to 6 930 to 5 s & s With no notice That's 8hr a day that I'm losing access to my unit Not to mention the place is always dirty with trash in the halls people having their stuff broken into and stolen. Damage to vehicles being stored. Stay away from this place

I know this is long, but please take moment to read before doing business with this location. I hope that Public Storage Corporate doesn't condone their business practices. THE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION ARE DISHONEST AND SHADY!!!! My mom recently passed away and I have some items that needed to go to storage. I live in Georgia. She lived in California. I found this Public Storage online, 1351 Pomona Rd, Corona, CA. In the process of completing the quote I entered a wrong initial in the name. Sometimes I will do it on purpose if I'm just information seeking. In this case, I decided I wanted to rent the space. I tried to correct the incorrect letter but the system wouldn't let me correct it. I didn't think it was that big of a deal so, I entered my information and paid for the unit and planned to call the office the next day to correct it. I received a confirmation letter stating that my space was ready for use. The letter provided me with a gate code and the storage unit number. Upon attempting to use the information, the keypad screen said that I needed to see the property manager. It was after office hours, but it was before 9 p.m., which is the cut off time for move-ins. Upon calling the office the next day, I spoke to a uppity little girl and she told me that unless I could come in and provide my I.D., they wouldn't be able to rent me the unit because the account said C. Williams instead of M. Williams. Just playing devil's advocate here: since when is it illegal or suspicious to have a name on an account and have someone pay the down payment for you? All the information was legitimate. Remind you, I AM IN GEORGIA and she wants me to fly to Corona, CA to show her my driver's license. There is no policy stating that I had to reside in California in order to rent the space. There is a procedure for doing everything online without having to come into the location. I told her that was fine because I obviously couldn't come into the office, so just refund my money. She told me that they won't refund the money. It's their policy not to give refunds. I said that's not acceptable. You are refusing to rent me the unit -- I didn't cancel or change my mind. Besides that I NEVER ENTERED THE PREMISES, NOR DID I TAKE POSSESSION OF THE LOCK OR THE UNIT. Let's recap. I never took possession of the unit, but I'm getting charged for one month at $52. I never used the lock but I'm getting charged $19.99 for the lock, which they will reuse, I never accessed the property or the unit and I'm getting charged $15 for the mandatory insurance on the unit, I never took possession or move one piece of anything into the unit, but I'm getting charged a $24 move-in fee. I'm getting charged $1.25 for taxes AND, THE ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY DUE TO THEIR NO REFUND POLICY!!!! In all fairness, I could understand this if I had taken possession of the unit BUT I NEVER SET ONE FOOT ON THEIR PREMISES LET ALONE TOOK POSSESSION OF THE UNIT. I would also understand if I cancelled or changed my mind about the unit. THEY REFUSED TO RENT THE UNIT TO ME BECAUSE I COULDN'T COME FROM GEORGIA TO CORONA, CALIFORNIA TO SHOW THEM MY DRIVER'S LICENSE. Keep in mind, they did verify that my license was a valid Georgia license. Please be careful dealing with these people. They are scamming people because COVID19 has given the the perfect opportunity!! I don't believe they ever had an available unit. So, false advertising, shady business practices and I'm out $112.54, all while still grieving the loss of my mother. I agree with the other reviews. If I could give this place negative stars I would give them 100 negative stars. APPARENTLY THEY STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS ONCE YOU'RE THERE AND HAVE NOW FIND A WAY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY BEFORE YOU EVEN SET FOOT ON THEIR PROPERTY. Martha W.

Kenny was a pleasure as he made me feel very comfortable that this is a good choice for me to store my belongings when I move to California from Rhode Island. This is a place where i store my things and its so freaking hot inside the storage unit BECAUSE they have no A/C running so it makes it miserable going through my storage!

Very good. Philippe helped me navigate the storage facility from giving me my unit number after I forgot my card and gave me a cart which she brought to me near the door by the elevator. She also helped me by providing info on how to update my info online. I can now find my way around here thanks to her.

Was helped by Tommy setting up the rental for my storage unit today. He did an excellent job - great service, friendly, and thorough. The facility was also clean and appears well-maintained.

Went in to get some general information and received great customer service from Tony Love. He was polite, respectful and answered all of my questions. I have never had a bad experience coming to Public storage.

Not happy one bit my storage unit got broken into and get asked about did they review the cameras it was like a 3 or 4 days since it happened and they haven't even view the cameras to find out who stole my property

Son muy rateros! I began paying $141 with insurance and everything in 2017. In 2018, without a warning, they raised the price to $161. In may of 2019, I didn't notice that I didn't have money in my card. I had to pay late fee and I ended up paying almost $500 that month. They raised the price from $161 to $211. I made a complaint and the issue was not resolved. The office staff did not treat me with respect and I had to pay $500. I remember that someone from the staff told me that that is why I should have read the contract. I decided to revise the contract, in small letters it said that they charge fees but they did not specify the amount. So there was no regulation in the price or fees, meaning they could raise the fee price and storage price whenever they feel like it. If you lose your belongings, they do not consider all the months you paid. You either pay or they dont let you keep your stuff.

They were super helpful and very informative. Came in looking for one size space realized we needed more space and they were very accommodating. Great place.

Storage got broken into wasn’t notified till a month later. They said 28 units had lock cut off And was on the third floor which only people who have access to third-floor have a code. There are no cameras on the third floor so there was no camera to see the thieve. It happened in April and I’m still waiting on insurance claim. Claim was a pain to do because you had to have receipts of all items in storage.

I opened a unit in another city to store something specific, which I disclosed was heavy, but was still given a unit in the farthest corner, with the carts being on the opposite end. The compromise was the price, but I was just informed they have “increased the rate.”

When I walked in Denise told me that she would be right with me since she was helping another customer. After she assisted the customer she assisted me right away. Denise was informative and extremely helpful and helped me pick the right unit. Great customer service!

Staff is rude and uncooperative. They treated me and my family with disrespect and the facility was dirty and trashy. The elevator door shuts too quickly and I damaged my stuff. I will never use any Public Storage ever again and I will never recommend them to anyone, ever.

ASK FOR MONICA! I can't say enough good things about the quality of customer service I received at Public Storage from Monica. The initial unit I had reserved was simply not going to work for my needs. She was informative, upfront and took the time to show me the differences between what was currently available. In the end, I really couldn't be happier or have anything better to say. This is the kind of upfront service that creates customer retainment and is invaluable to any business. As far as the unit and location itself, I give a solid A rating. It's convenient, secure, CLEAN and well lit. I have only ONE complaint and it is the exit gate. You must exit your vehicle to enter the code to exit. This NEEDS to be addressed actually as it is a huge security issue for my wife. Scenario, someone tailgates in and waits, she is leaving, must exit her vehicle, enter the code which causes the gate to open... she's now outside her vehicle (presumably still running) with a gate now opening in a rather secluded back area of a storage facility with quick and easy access to the freeway. Ya, not the greatest. Other than that, the place is solid. And FWIW, I would never let my wife come here alone at night for the reason I stated.

My sister, mom and I went today and met Monica. Our experience was great. We never used a storage facility and had a ton of questions. Monica was very patient, welcoming and informative... with a awesome sense of humour. Thank you Monica!

The staff here is amazing, specifically Krystle, Laura and Said (Trainee). They know and address us by name, (We reserved our unit on their website, it was a breeze) and are very helpful. The facility is well lit, clean, temperature controlled and our unit looked like it was brand new at move in. Note, there are two locations on Pomona Rd. Be sure to go to 1351 (Property #25999), between Lincoln and Smith. -Enjoy!
