Very dirty, broken glass and a mess everywhere in the elevator area

Karen was very helpful and nice!
This is a good public storage with great service. It is clean and well maintained. Karen was the store manager when we were there. She provided thoughtful guides and was very helpful answering our questions. There was a small accident — we got trapped in the elevator for an hour (and for this I deduct one star). Good thing is it was easy to contact people for help. The elevator emergency call system worked well. Karen also responded quickly and kept checking with us to make sure we were doing well (that was very appreciated!!) Bad thing is maintenance came a bit late and it felt like forever… maybe because it was Sunday late afternoon.
The property manager provided me with excellent customer service when we needed it the most, I Thank Public storage for their great customer service and great knowledge in self storage i would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great service and experience!!
I really appreciate Karen service this public storage, she is the best I have ever met, so I decide to stay here. If anyone need a storage I highly recommended this one around this area.
The property is the best and very well maintained. Karen is great and is always on the property making sure everything is working well and everyone is happy. I would recommend the property!
The property manager is helpful during office hours - my review is not related to their service, but is related to being able to access my unit during the actual published hours. The gate was/has been nonfunctional several times due to which I was unable to access my unit. Naturally, this amounts to being unable to access the service I was paying for, at no fault of my own. It’s understandable that such things happen, but the fact that this happened several times is unacceptable. Of course, customer service says “there’s nothing we can do.” I caution against renting units here unless you are absolutely certain you will only access your unit during office hours - which, for most working professionals, is an impractical limitation. I closed my unit today as a result of this problem.

To whom it may concern I’ve been a long time customer here at public storage and Karen helped me here and Palo Alto. I was needing a rent decrease and Karen submitted a rent decrease request which was approved. Everything was soft I truly appreciate her for all of her hard work and all of her professionalism and understanding as a customer I truly appreciate all the help that I had received and I am so happy that you have an employee such as Karen working here and Palo Alto.
Signed up for a space about a month ago. Karen, the manager, was very helpful and nice through the process. Charges were explained clearly and honestly. The facility is clean and secure. No complaints so far.
Jennifer (manager) has been really terrific - I have two units at this facility and I could not be happier. I met the new manager today (Karen) and I think she will be fantastic also - really nice and very supportive.
Jennifer help me cancel rate hike for 6 months & got approve for 6 months cancellation. She help me make sure the space always secure & safe. I am so happy with her excellent services
Jennifer helped me a lot during the whole process and explained convenience of using public storage app to get space access quicker. Also they have wide selection of packing supplies of moving.

Helping me quick access by setting up Public Storage App on cellphone get in and out of gate as well helping with close my account. And updated my new home address to get refund check in the mail. An absolute mess of a business. I was able to reserve a space but not pay for it—online or by phone. I showed up twice to appointments to do paperwork and they were no-shows at the office both times. And then they told me they had given my reserved space to someone else. The one person I spoke with at the local office was nice, but their main customer service line was completely useless. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Also: the corporate headquarters PR person called me by phone to try and smooth things over and asked me to edit my review. I'm pretty sure they make up bogus 5-star reviews to compensate for all the terrible real reviews they get.
I was very satisfied with the customer service at this public storage location. Jennifer is a great manager.... she found sensitive personal documents I left during my move-out and immediately notified me + shipped the documents to me on her own accord. I highly recommend this location for storage based on my experience with Jennifer and the staff.
Nice service Jennifer help me to rent the space. the security it's good. And she always give me nice attention in everything I needed. The public storage app it's convenient to get in and out the property fast.
I have been renting a unit for 2 years and months, yesterday Jennifer called me, I think she is the manager to let me know that with the rains the water was leaking into my unit, she helped me with the situation and resolved it quickly on the same day.

Went to 2047 E. Bayshore Rd. needed information to rent a space. Anna, helped me and she was wonderful. She was kind, patient, and answered all my questions. So glad that Public Storage hire great competent people like her. This was a refreshing experience.
