I have been a client for Public Storage for 14 years. I have never had an issue with the 2 units regarding problems within the unit or if I had requested an adjustment with the rates. Elliot, Ryan and Jarod have been a pleasure to deal with regarding my payments, adjustments or if there was a concern regarding the unit. It is convenient for me to go there and I never have concerns regarding safety. I hope they continue to keep safety a priority.

Elliot was soooooo helpful in showing me the unit I reserved and walking me through the rental of it. Working through the recent price promotion to determine what my monthly payment would be. He was so patient and kind and is saving me a ton of money and time.
WARNING: RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK! I rented a storage unit on 5/30/25 and initially had no issues. However, after not visiting my unit for about a month I was appalled by what I discovered. Upon entering I was overwhelmed by a horrific stench of urine. I immediately investigated the source as my unit only contained toiletries, clothing, a few suitcases, and four boxes of brand new UGGs, all of which are now ruined. To add to my disgust, I found a disturbing amount of mouse and rat droppings throughout the unit. I quickly closed the unit, horrified by the situation. I will be returning to empty my unit and will be demanding a cancellation of my rental immediately. This is completely unacceptable, and I am absolutely furious.
Great facilities. High and dry so no fear of flooding. Ryan was extremely professional, friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. Will definitely use them again!

I’ve had great experiences with Public Storage, but not this location. This location places the keypads, to get in and out, in an area that requires you to get out of the car. I’ve never seen anything like it and it’s the most ridiculous layout. They say you can enter with an app, but that rarely works. You ask for help and they don’t know why or how to fix it.
Inside storage has small doorways and different elevations that make getting wheeled carts up them. There are also no ramps. Doors to get into the buildings are not automatic, which is odd.
It serves its purpose, but is not at all user friendly. Now cue up the reply where they tell you they are listening and the empty platitude thanking you for the comment, but complete inaction.

Nothing but remarkable service over here at the Green Brook Public Storage. Elliot and Ryan make sure they are more than just employees and they help me whenever they can. I have pleasant conversations with both of them. The facilities are also clean and push carts are easily accessible near the elevators unlike how it was 5 years ago with only 1 push cart for 3 buildings. It just shows how management is helping customers even if they aren't asking for it.

This is the first storage unit I've used that I can say I was 100% happy with my unit and the facilities. It's always clean. My unit was clean and ready for me at move in. The people that work there were friendly and willing to help whenever they could, especially Elliot. Every storage facility needs an Elliot for sure! Best of all, their lot has NO POT HOLES!!! If it wasn't so expensive I would have stayed.

Not a good experience. They don't take care of their long-time customers. They just keep raising the rents. Started off at about 150 a month went up to over 300 a month. When question about that they did nothing. If I moved into new unit it would have been $146 a month. Go somewhere else.

Elliot was a pleasure to deal with. Made everything as easy and simple as he could have and even dealt with two days worth of phone calls and waited for me to get to the storage units so that I can finish in person. Considering the online wasn’t working.
