I've had this storage unit for about 7 years. āŗļø I'm a cake decorator and I store a lot of my supplies here because it is too much to keep at home. š„“ I've never had any issues because it is climate controlled And there's multiple entrances to access the building. You can use the staircase or you can use an elevator. The property is always clean. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for a storage space, this is where you need to come. I've been here for years and I don't plan on leaving š©µ
Came into cancel my unit after emptying it out. Kade at the front desk kindly canceled it with ease, and also reminded me that we get to keep the lock. :-)

I have couple of units in this location. Things got a lot better after John has come in as the manager. He is very proactive and responsive. When I pointed out the rusted handles of the shutter he immediately took note and when a shutter broken down, he was quick to look into it and fix it. I would definitely recommend this location based on his performance.

After my rates drastically went up with Extra Space Storage, these lovely ladies got me into the same square footage for over 50 percent less than what I was being charged!

So I had a reservation for a10x15. The night before they confirmed my reservation. And when I came in the next day. The training girl didn't know I had my reservation. And sold my unit to some one else....
So public storage upgraded me!!!! 10x20.
Locked in at the same price as the 10x15. And I had the $1. For first month coupon. And even tho that unit usually doesn't allow that coupon the system picked it up and transferred with ease to the 20.
I also really appreciate the light and light switch inside the unit. Only down fall is gates close at 9pm.... (I'm a night owl)
