Orange County is not all about surfing, sunbathing and shopping, you know. It can be the perfect place to raise a family, start a new job or retire, too! Irvine is one of the fast-growing cities in legendary “O.C.,”; and the Irvine Public Storage options are expanding and keeping up with the moving trucks heading around town.
Our latest Public Storage at 16452 Construction Circle S, Irvine, CA 92606 just opened in the Irvine Business complex and has more than 1,300 storage units near Tustin to serve both growing communities. The facility is equipped with a modern, energy-efficient climate control system.
In the last five years, Irvine’s population grew five times more than the other most populated cities in Orange County, according to U.S. Census data. That means there’s a growing number of new Irvine locals with a lot of stuff, and perhaps not a lot of places at home to keep it.
“There’s a lot of high-density apartment complexes being built all around this property,”; said France Khosravi, a Public Storage district manager. “I’ve lived in two apartments in this area, and almost all of them are built without storage space.”;
That’s why Public Storage continues to offer the best new facilities in the neighborhood to keep up with the demand. Just last year, Public Storage at 16700 Red Hill Ave, Irvine, CA 92606 opened with more than 3,000 units to become one of the largest Public Storage locations nationwide.
“You can see both Irvine facilities from nearly a mile away,”; said Bryan Paganetti, a Public Storage regional manager in Southern California.
Families Flock to Irvine for Good Jobs and Safe Streets
The 66-square-mile town has a lot to offer young families and retirees alike. Just a few of its notable qualities include the University of California, Irvine and the Orange County Great Park. It’s hard to miss the big, orange balloon ride at the park!
The city also has claimed the title America’s safest big city for more than a decade.
“It’s a very desirable city to live in,”; said Khosravi, who has lived in town for seven years while raising his two sons.
It’s a place built for families like Khosravi’s, which is easy to see at any of the city’s 58 parks, 155 acres of sports fields or 54 miles of bicycle trails.
Young professionals get the joy of living close to work and shopping, eating and drinking at some of the best restaurants around at the Irvine Spectrum Center.
More than half of Irvine residents rent, according to the Census data. And with average rents costing locals $2,000, many residents looking to save money could opt for smaller, affordable places with less storage space.
The new storage units near Jamboree Road and Barranca Parkway come in a wide variety of sizes to help with most space crunches. Keep hiking gear between treks up the Quail Hill Trailhead in a 5-foot-by-5-foot storage unit. Or keep enough stuff to fill a two-car garage in a 10-foot-by-30-foot storage unit near Woodbridge or Westpark communities during a home renovation.
It’s also just a short drive away from John Wayne Airport, and an excellent choice for frequent flyers.
Public Storage and Other Businesses Choose Irvine
It’s clear that Irvine is a great place to plant your family roots, and it’s also a top destination for major businesses to set up shop, and attract new residents.
Big tech companies like Sega, Boost Mobile and Blizzard Entertainment all have offices here. As well as some smaller guys inside some of the thousands of offices inside the Irvine Business Complex where this new Public Storage is located.
The property can be seen from The District, a nearby “mini Irvine Spectrum”; complex that offers an array of desirable restaurants frequented by the resident workforce.
The Irvine storage location not only serve the employees who work in the area but also offers large units for businesses looking for warehouse space. Convenient access hours makes it easy to grab what’s needed throughout the day.
“The location is near a few business parks, and its entrance faces the street to make walk-up access very easy,”; said Khosravi.
Whether you’re in the area for work or play (or both!), be sure to stop by our latest Irvine Public Storage location and say “hi!”;
