The storage faci6is very clean, and they provide large rolly carts and elevators for you. Also there are dumpsters to help with trash and recycling. You can back your truck up to the bay that is near the elevator and it's just a nice temperature controlled place to store holiday or seasonal items. It's helped me a lot since I moved to the area. Also, when I called this last time, the customer service lady was so nice!!
The Manager, this young lady looks all the time busy and taking care things at this location. She is very polite and helpful.

The customer service was excellent. I initially rented a small unit, but upon moving in, I realized it would not meet my needs. I spoke with an associate, and they promptly answered my questions and helped me upgrade to a larger unit without any hassle. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible, making the entire moving process smooth and convenient.

I had a great experience today, renting a storage unit at this location. I had misunderstood the unit types on line, but when I went there in person, Morgan the Manager helped me out immediately. She helped me rent the type of unit I originally intended. She was fast, friendly, and the facility was spotlessly clean. It's convenient and easy to get in and out. I highly recommend!

I love this storage unit! I have used several storage companies in the area and this one beats them all. I love the covered loading and unlocking dock, it is very accessible and convenient, rain or shine. The facility is clean. I don’t have many issues but whenever I had had one, Morgan provides concierge service.

Emmad was EXCELLENT and SUPER helpful in helping us with our storage unit. I was helping my Aunt who came from Korea to get access to her storage unit and he was so useful in completely satisfying all my aunt’s questions and even helped us transition to the storage unit my Aunt specifically wanted. Emmad was super competent and very knowledgeable in his job and was super kind and patient. He didn’t stop or refuse any of the wishes my Aunt had for my storage unit, and even said “We must try to get you the storage unit you need.” We feel like he gave us is all to the extent of his ability. He knew all the answers to the questions and my Aunt asks a lot of questions. He was very clear and concise.

This is a great public storage location! The loading dock area has plenty of room for an 18 wheeler, there are a ton of storage unit sizes to choose from, and the staff is always helpful/nice. We’ll continue to use this facility for all our storage needs.

Walked into the Falls Church location and was greeted by Jemar. He was efficient, professional and helpful in his job duties. He was also helpful when I realized I lost my wallet by taking the initiative to provide pen and paper while I was communicating with WMATA Lost and Found. He is a credit to this company. I had a bad experience with PS and am happy to give them a second chance because they made things right. That is how I came to this location today and benefited from Jamari’s service.

I used this facility for 7 years, during which time I was never able to come back to check on my things. I had friends go around the 2-year mark and more items were added on my behalf and at the 4 year mark a friend looked in briefly, but otherwise I had not seen the contents of the unit. I moved out this weekend and was relieved to find everything undisturbed, and other than some dust, completely the same as it had. There was no evidence of any bugs or other uninvited critters, something I was worried about discovering.
My items were packed well and tightly fitted into my 5x10 unit, however there were several “banker boxes” that weren’t completely sealed by my friends when they added them to the unit. Despite this, other than dust and some oxidation from time passing, everything was fine after a wipe down with some Lysol.
Jamar was very professional, friendly and helpful in answering my questions about moving out.
My only issue with this location are more issues with Public Storage as a company… I had lost the key to my lock and needed to have it cut off. Public Storage provides this service, but only monthly, and I needed it done ASAP so had to hire my own locksmith.
Also the price of my unit more than doubled from when I first rented to when I moved out.
While the lock issue is my fault, I expected a more timely and helpful resolution as I am sure this is a fairly common problem for storage units.
The price increases seem out of step with the going rate for a similarly sized unit at other locations in the area, but as I was out of the area, I wasn’t able to easily relocate my things and so was sort of locked into the higher rates by default.
I would recommend this location based on my experience but urge you to organize your items and pack well to ensure a safe experience and be mindful that your price will increase annually, if not more frequently, so keep that in mind if your timeline is uncertain.
