I had a wonderful experience at Public Storage kiosk in Chesapeake. This was my first time going thru the process and Brandon made sure to explain how everything would work. He was thorough and paitent when answering my questions. This location definitely has competent employees.

I have been very impressed with this facility on the easy of access, quick responses, professionalism when getting my first unit. The lot is always clean. Access to moving truck was easy as well. The online web rental rates have been a great benefit for after hours reservations. When on the premises, Kelly and Kayla are always giving a warm smile and and a hand way when passing by. In my experience, Public Storage is a great self- storage facility. You can practically do everything from the app - rent a space, pay your bill, even open the gate! They are super convenient too!

Everything worked as advertised. You will need their lock because it fits the door properly. You might be able to save on insurance if your homeowners policy covers storage. Entry and exit using the app works well.
