Usually there is NO ONE IN THE OFFICE EVER here. However today that wasnt the case. I called the office before it was open and didnt expect a call back whatsoever. Around 11 am Whitney returned my call and my art project that i left in the building was moved and put into the company's locked space since I just left it in my vacated space with no lock on it. Whitney saved it for me and kept it safe, today she returned my call and was in the office waiting for me with my painting. I turned my project in today and received an A. If it wasn't for her, I woulda had to start all the way over...and or someone would have stolen it and or it could have been thrown away. Thank you for not throwing my art away and thank you for actually returning my voicemail. I truly appreciate it and I really hope your in the office more often maybe my anger towards the office being ALWAYS being empty will disappear with your presence. Thanks again!

Wes is a great site manager and super helpful in getting set up. Unfortunately management is only on site from 9:30-1:00pm, but this is manageable. Overall great service

Very helpful staff! Clean, climate controlled, and convenient. Edit2: Local management at least got a deferral of my rate hike after this comment. Can’t complain about them at all, extremely responsive and helpful. Edit: Not the fault of local management, but PS will randomly raise your charge every 6 months or so as much as 25% and not inform you. Absolutely shocking to see my rate go from $171 to $266 with no warning from August 2024 to today.

Signing up for a unit was very easy. When I needed to visit the site and look at the different sized spaces, a delightful person very patiently showed me all of my options and walked me through pros and cons of different units. Using the codes are easy and there always seems to be enough carts when I need to unload items. The space itself is very clean and well secured. I had used this site 12 years ago when I moved out of my condo and it was just as good then so that is why I opted to use it again.

I went to this Public Storage location and I was so appreciative that David worked today because he really helped me out.

I switched to a smaller unit the day before rent was due, and it was seamless. Robert, who usually works at other locations, provided great customer service. He set me up with a unit just a few doors down from my previous unit, for a smooth transition. I don't love that my rate increased significantly after 5 months, but at least for now, I have a reasonably priced unit that still fits all my stuff. I appreciate the quality customer service and easy process.

I've had some negative experiences at rental facilities in the past, which left me hesitant to trust another company with my belongings. I reluctantly gave Public Storage a try and could not be happier with my experience. Wesley, the employee who helped me, was absolutely great! He was very accommodating and helpful, and got me set up with a great unit for a reasonable price! I left with a sense of relief and a realization that good customer service DOES still exist!

Jackson at this location is professional, friendly and very helpful. I love renting at the Stone Way P.S. location - it's clean and easy to access. (Warning though - the things other folks have posted about increased hikes are true. For some reason corporate P.S. only wants short term renters. So, it's a good deal if you're only renting for 3 months. Gets very pricey quickly if you need a rental longer term. Make sure to book online, web rates are better than what the office can sign you up for.)

I chose Public Storage on Stone Way for two reasons: Without knowing where I’d be moving to, it was in the center of everything and because Kai, the on-site manager, had such glowing reviews. Anyone willing to put themselves through the storage process, deserves management like his. First of all, he’s genuinely friendly and willing to do the best he can for both client and company. I’ve seen exhausted, glazed-over individuals in his role, so this was a refreshing experience. He doesn’t just help facilitate things, he anticipates what you might need. Both moving in and out (with pro movers), went seamlessly. He did the best to make things easy for my movers. They were able to park without blocking anyone and he had the gate open, the minute they needed it. The facility is clean and well organized and I appreciated having secure, covered parking. It must be said that this area is under heavy construction right now, so parking is everything. I always had a space, be it luck or timing. Anyway… there are multiple Public Storage facilities you can choose, in the Seattle area. Just keep in mind how well it’s managed at the ground level. Kai is a gem.

I just love this place. The guy who helped me was called Kai and he is just very very very helpful. He helped me to change my lock and willing to solve all my questions fast and nicely. I will rent the storage again.

It’s a solid storage place for anyone living in Seattle. Right off 99, has gated parking while you are loading/unloading, and has a pretty useful app for access and billing. Kai, who works here, has always been super helpful. I no longer rent a unit here since I moved, but Kai made the whole check out process super smooth - he even leant a trash bag to me when I was doing the final cleaning.

Friendly property manager, clean space, nice loading setup. Freight elevators are large, locks are provided. Well worth the price.

After spending hours on the Public Storage website and on the phone, and dealing with over a dozen people in the process, I finally found Kai, who solved all my problems:) Smart, proactive and conscientious, he single-handedly turned what had been a very negative experience (and impression of the company) into a positive one. What a valuable employee -- give this man a promotion!

Kai is the best new manager. Every time that I go in there he is working & cleaning; very pleasant as well. Always happy to help as well.

My family needed a unit for one month as we transitioned from Seattle to Gig Harbor. We have used storage facilities randomly in the past, but never received the level of service we received here. The help was so professional. The facility was clean and the staff always friendly. We knew exactly what we were paying and we loved the app. The manager, Kai, deserves an extra shout out for being so helpful and customer oriented. We will definetely refer our friends in the neighborhood to this location and will not hesitate to rent again in the future if needed. Lovely experience at this storage facility! My husband and I needed a space to store over half of our furniture while trying to buy a house. We had no issues getting the size unit we needed, and it was clean and well maintained. The front office staff, in particular Jonathan, were very friendly and professional through our entire stay when we needed anything or had questions. We would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in the area needing a storage space.

Public storage worked out great for us! We needed storage for a few months, and this facility’s location and storage rates were most attractive. Wesley was very responsive and easy to work with. He made sure our move-in and move-out were as simple as could be. We would definitely use public storage again!
