My review is specific to Public Storage representative Mike, who has provided great customer service. Mike is on-site, walking the facility and keeping an eye out for security risks. He informed us of an issue with our unit so that we were able to correct the problem and secure the unit. This is a very important and welcome service to us. Than you very much Mike. It is reassuring that you are present to oversee the facility and help customers.

I have had a great experience here. I worked with Wesley. He took me to a few different sized/shaped units and offered similar sizes based on what I was debating aloud during my time there. He was nice and patient, and I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision. He helped me get the best deal between online and in person. The storage units themselves are situated in a classic confusing maze, but all the units are on the ground floor which I like. I recommend!

I'm a college student and multi-media artist who store here occasionally; I will be using the storage again when I'm working on large-size projects or collection. The location has indoor garages and xtra-Lg storages. It's a nice location so price increase is anticipated; you can transfer storages when the price increase become unreasonable or not-match-up-to-values.

its true the hours can be annoying especially if its a holiday, but I had a great unit, easy access, brightly lit, easy moveout, no complaints. also, I never experienced a breakin, but I recommend hiding airtags, pretty easy preventative measure for a worst case scenario
