Charlotte was great!

Avoid this place at all cost. You'd be better off throwing your stuff directly into the garbage. I did a clean out at this place and there was $10k plus in water damages to the contents and we couldn't figure out how water was getting in, until it started raining. It was then we noticed that the gutters were not directing the water, instead it was pouring over the side of the building splashing on the ground right back towards the unit and under the door. These two units had sat since 1996, getting wet every time it rained, making a perfect habitat for rats. And the kicker, PS was only liable to pay $200 for damages. 29 years of storage at a wopping $417,600 and the majority of the contents were destroyed. These guys brought in that kind of money, but couldn't even spring for a gutter cleaning service. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but people need to know, this place is awful.

Charlotte at this location saved me!! I couldn’t complete the registration on line and got extremely frustrated but Charlotte called me to see if I needed assistance setting up. She was SO extremely patient with me and has such wonderful customer service skills that she helped me step-by-step to finish setting up my account. She then patiently helped me download the APP and made sure I screenshot the gatecode, space # and all the info Ineeded, so moving stuff in will be MUCH easier. Charlotte is a GEM of an employee and because of her, I shall remain a customer of Public Storage and recommend to ALL my friends to do business with them. 5-stars!!!

If you rent, make sure you do it online they offer big discounts

Even though it's not open after 9pm, it provides great storage for everyone. If you download the app, you can open the gate from your phone. It's wild! Because I wasn't really looking around, except to fine my storage spot, I'm not sure if there's indoor storage here.

I was having difficulty online with finalizing my reservation. Jenn was extremely helpful in fulfilling my reservation and completing my unit rental. She kept me in a positive mood while dealing with this frustrating situation.

Today, I met a wonderful male employee who provided me with incredibly kind assistance. Without his help, my day would have been a mess. Despite several issues with the online reservation process, he remained courteous. I should have moved to a different place where Brendan wasn't working, but as a first-time user of the storage facility, I felt unsure even after hearing the instructions on how to enter the gate. Brendan offered to come to the location and show me directly! At that moment, I thought I would hire someone like him if I were an employer. He showed me how to press the buttons to pass through the entrance gate, how to press the buttons to enter the unit, and how to use the key in my storage unit. Without Brendan's help, my day would have been a disaster. I think Brendan's diligence is outstanding.

I needed some help getting a new storage unit, and the property manager, Jenn, was very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend renting from this storage location.

Short story: Do not store your car or valuables here. It doesn't matter if you have a good lock. The bar that holds the lock is extremely easy to break. Also, keep in mind that the positive reviews on Google is for the service in obtaining the storage unit. Once you encounter theft and break in (which happens a lot here with many many shady people coming in and out), don't expect any help from management at all. I decided to write this review because a friend that I haven't seen for some time spoke of a theft at this same location recently. I thought it was time for a thorough review. Long story: Here is my experience at this location. My storage was broken into at the end of December, 2022. I got a call from the manager about 15 min before the office closed, saying that something was wrong with my storage. When I asked for more info, the only response was that she could not disclose for "legal reasons." I make my way to the storage to find out someone attempted to steal a vehicle that I had stored. I was still able to start the car and drive it in the snow/ice, despite some electrical wires and steering wheel was cut off. Mind you, I had to get the vehicle out by 8pm before the gate permanently closed for the day. Call me crazy, but I feel like this was an inside job. Here are my reasons why: 1. No one should have known I parked the car there except the manager (they ask for vehicle registration at the time of signing). 2. I visited my unit twice. The second time I visited my storage, the lock was tampered with. I did not use their provided lock, and instead purchased the same model elsewhere. I'm unsure if there is a universal key for all their supplied locks and an attempt was made to open it. 3. No footage obtained of the break in. Footage appeared to have magically disappeared. There are a couple of reviews at this location that speaks the same thing. Manager told the police that the security system is "new," and does not know how to work it properly. 4. Lastly, manager lied. Yes, Regina. I'm talking about you. You tried to act helpful after all was said and done. I only got your cooperation because the police showed up. You live on site, and you knew I was knocking on your door. You also told me you saw the footage and the thieves were able to start the car. That is a lie. I took out the car battery and there is no way they could have turned on the headlights like you stated. That's why they left their jump cable. *The detective on this case blatantly told me that he does not have time to check the footage and with his brief search, he wasn't able to find anything. If you got this far, thank you for listening. I'm sure many will not have the same experience that I had, but please know that storing ANYTHING near hwy 99 is a no. My plan for the vehicle was only a short-term storage, and within the month it got broken into. Don't expect the place to be secure because it has cameras and because the manager lives on site. That is all. Be safe, everyone.

I went in there to ask for information about getting a small unit and i was a little confused about the prices and Jen explained everything to me in details and was very helpful and she also speaks Spanish which really helps I don’t speak great English so it really helped me understand I hundred percent recommend Jen if you need any help or questions about the public storage.

I recently Bid on a storage unit at the Lynwood facility that went up for auction. When I went to pay for my unit. Lady Jennifer, in the office, a super polite and very easy to do business with in fact she went out of her way to accommodate some personal issues non related to It,I highly recommend this facility if your innthe market to rent a storage unit ,Jennifer went well above and beyond to work with my situation and truly was a delight to do business with.i will be going back to rent frontier again if I ever need storage

My unit was covered in footprints on the wall grease and broken glass. The lightbulb was missing. 154/mo not worth it also I don't plan on staying like before.

I moved out the second of last month they are charging me a whole month and are continuing to charge me they won't answer their phone and they are never at the office this place is horrible stay away.

Jenn was the employee working and she was amazing and helped me with the whole process which was a little frustrating due to a mishap but she helped me thru and at the end of the process she made my day love her!!!!!!

I came here to get a storage unit to store my vehicle but the unit that was assigned to me was not a good fit literally I was lucky enough to catch the property manager outside and she showed me the space. That’s how we decided it wouldn’t fit. Haley was super helpful in showing me another space that she thought would better fit my vehicle and she was right! Haley helped transfer me to a bigger sized unit and get this all taken care of before I have to fly out tomorrow Thanks Haley!!

Great location, prices are fair, units are clean and easy to access! The manager, Regina, is so friendly and helpful, she is knowledgeable in policy and procedures and just a nice person all around. Moving is already a stressful event so having someone like Regina makes a big difference!

My experience was overall to my satisfaction. I made 3 online reservations to lock in rates as I shopped around. I received a call back from Betty at the location on 44th in Lynnwood and she was a tremendous help. She was able to get me into a unit at the price I was looking for with a $1 first month promo plus the ideal size I needed to boot! There was a bit of a hiccup completing the reservation at the facility which had me stressed out and in tears, but Regina pulled it off and even managed to lower my rent $6.00 more dollars! Thank you for all your kindness and help getting me into a unit that is affordable and meeting my expectations!

We only needed a storage unit for 5 months after we moved my mother into assisted living. We would definitely rent here again. Regina, the manager is on her game. She should play goalie for the Kraken. Nothing gets by her. She monitors the cameras constantly to keep an eye on things and twice, I left the lock off of my unit, only to have her call me and tell me about it and to offer a temporary lock to keep everything secure. She's the secret sauce, for sure. Whatever they pay her, they should double it.

Close to home

Regina is the property manager here who is sloppy and untruthful. She did not communicate to me that they do not allow shipping containers to stay overnight in the property even when I specifically asked for it. She let me hanging when the truck got there in the worst possible way. Luckily I was able to find another storage in the neighborhood with a decent management who were willing to help last minute. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. She is not reliable and is bad for business. She wouldn't even refund my storage fees.

I rented a drive up 5x10 back in August 2021. From my shopping around it was a reasonable enough price and I honestly didn't want to pay more for an indoor "heated" storage as I wasn't planning on being in there longer than 2-3 months. Well, life took a turn and 7 months later I found myself still needing storage. And they raised the price on me twice since getting in there (the first time just 2 months after being in). Back in Jan I noticed some mold starting to happen on some items near the roll up door (to be expected in the NW Winter Cold Storage) and not sure of how much longer I'd need to stay, I started looking for something indoors and happened to find a much closer business to my house, indoors, way cleaner, more security and better customer service IMO for 1/4 of the cost at a month to month guaranteed rate for 6 months, and they also gave me a moving truck for the day for free. Can't argue with any of that. Public Storage seems to get you with an intro price and then jack the rates once you're in. The units are kind of dirty but they are drive up units so it is what it is. They also needed access to my unit a few weeks before I left to investigate a possible leak that some other unit complained of. I don't think they ever sorted that out. The day of my move out they still had my 1 and only key and said they would be there but the lady was never there and never returned my call as I was waiting with my moving truck to move out. Luckily another lady just happened to be swinging by to grad something from the office and she helped me out. Overall I think the managers there are ok, they almost always (except for the move out day) called me back when I called and left messages. PS jacking up the rates once you're in is lame but that's business I guess. They do have a good App but not worth the extra cost IMO. There's better businesses out there to support IMO.

1 Star is being generous, Got blocked out by snow and couldn't pick up my stuff out , call them they said it was fine and they wouldn't charge for the next month or late fees.... Well that turns out to be a lie and will deny any conversation just so they can slam you with 799$ with late fees and other lies. They know what they did. Never using them again. Ah and Watch out for Marina, she will gaslight you and be absolutely rude.

Very nice people I've had both of them help me at different times would rent from them again and I will tell my friends how good of service it was and if they need storage this is the place to go

I know we were having issues with our weather, but All the roads were safe to drive ;so when you post that you will be open at noon please at least try to be close ! We waited in your parking lot for almost a half an hour and you still hadn't shown up by the time we left .. Very unprofessional !!
