So far it has been a nice experience the app sometimes can be a bit finicky and not want to work so you need to close out and go back into it or get obscenely close to the gate to get it to unlock.
To get there from I-5 I often have to use the turning lane and wait a while for in coming traffic so it takes a hot minute to get there but the place is clean and seems secure

Charlotte at this location saved me!! I couldn’t complete the registration on line and got extremely frustrated but Charlotte called me to see if I needed assistance setting up. She was SO extremely patient with me and has such wonderful customer service skills that she helped me step-by-step to finish setting up my account. She then patiently helped me download the APP and made sure I screenshot the gatecode, space # and all the info Ineeded, so moving stuff in will be MUCH easier.
Charlotte is a GEM of an employee and because of her, I shall remain a customer of Public Storage and recommend to ALL my friends to do business with them. 5-stars!!!

Even though it's not open after 9pm, it provides great storage for everyone. If you download the app, you can open the gate from your phone. It's wild! Because I wasn't really looking around, except to fine my storage spot, I'm not sure if there's indoor storage here.

I should have moved to a different place where Brendan wasn't working, but as a first-time user of the storage facility, I felt unsure even after hearing the instructions on how to enter the gate. Brendan offered to come to the location and show me directly! At that moment, I thought I would hire someone like him if I were an employer.
He showed me how to press the buttons to pass through the entrance gate, how to press the buttons to enter the unit, and how to use the key in my storage unit. Without Brendan's help, my day would have been a disaster.
I think Brendan's diligence is outstanding.

I came here to get a storage unit to store my vehicle but the unit that was assigned to me was not a good fit literally
I was lucky enough to catch the property manager outside and she showed me the space. That’s how we decided it wouldn’t fit. Haley was super helpful in showing me another space that she thought would better fit my vehicle and she was right! My experience was overall to my satisfaction. I made 3 online reservations to lock in rates as I shopped around. I received a call back from Betty at the location on 44th in Lynnwood and she was a tremendous help. She was able to get me into a unit at the price I was looking for with a $1 first month promo plus the ideal size I needed to boot! There was a bit of a hiccup completing the reservation at the facility which had me stressed out and in tears, but Regina pulled it off and even managed to lower my rent $6.00 more dollars! Thank you for all your kindness and help getting me into a unit that is affordable and meeting my expectations!
We only needed a storage unit for 5 months after we moved my mother into assisted living. We would definitely rent here again. Regina, the manager is on her game. She should play goalie for the Kraken. Nothing gets by her. She monitors the cameras constantly to keep an eye on things and twice, I left the lock off of my unit, only to have her call me and tell me about it and to offer a temporary lock to keep everything secure. She's the secret sauce, for sure. Whatever they pay her, they should double it.
