Very happy with the service I received here. This place is well organized and very clean compared to other facilities I have rented from. When I arrived I wasn’t exactly sure what size unit I would be needing. Jeslyn was extremely helpful and showed me multiple units to help me pick out the perfect one. Overall was a great experience and I plan to stay with this location for storage.

I’ve actually stored at two locations: one in Manassas, and (more recently) at this location. Both locations are easily accessible and convenient, both are well kept, and both are well-priced.

I'm renting one of the 10x10 units to store some stuff during a home renovation. I started using the unit a week ago and have zero complaints.
- The best thing for me is convenience; we live in Herndon so it's important we can just run back and forth as needed without it being a trek to get there.
- The facility appears secure with fencing, strong locks etc. That part of the Herndon Parkway also gets a lot of police traffic because the police station is a half mile down the road.
- Staff is at the front desk was extremely helpful, answering a couple questions I had when I was originally checking out the place and after I checked in had a question about the gate
- I do have some basis of comparison, having rented for several years from a storage place in Alexandria. That place, in contrast, didn't seem as secure--with sketchy people hanging around at times.

They even provided a lock which I was not expecting. The app for manage your account on your phone works perfectly and even opens the gate with ease.
