I give this public storage an 1 my storage unit is locked with all my things in it and these people talking about I can't get in to get MY STUFF if I get charged an late fee and my stuff get put out im filling an lawsuit point blank period

Absolutely horrible I hate that storage facility and the people who work there. I wasted money on getting the unit since I couldn't change locations or refunded and lost all of my stuff I hate them and I'm so mad I don't care if I have to choose death or the facility I choose death not to mention it looks like a trap house of storage facilities they need to go out of business and also you only have 30 minutes to be in the unit period for the day I give it a half a star
