Maria was very friendly and helpful. I only wish that she could have been able to handle switching from my reserved unit to another larger one that opened up while I was there. Also would like to be able to be put on a waiting list for a larger unit, since I'm not actually planning to put anything into it for a couple of weeks and plan to migrate to a larger unit as soon as one becomes availalble. She said I had to go into the website, cancel my existing reservation and create a new one. Otherwise it was smooth and fast.

There are a couple nice employees here. This place was mismanaged for years. During the hurricane when I was late on my payment they wouldn't offer forgiveness for months even after all other entities across-the-board offered it without me having to ask. After I moved out they tried to charge me for the following month when it was empty. They sent my account to collections and I've had to go round and round with them over the last couple months. This is a horrible corperation and I will never use Public Storage again. It's all about the money not the customer.

I've had a unit here for a few years. This isn't a fancy, huge, brand new storage facility. You wouldn't rent a unit here because it is the newest, prettiest facility. But the main reasons I stay here is that the property is well-located and the on-site manager (Mary?) is excellent - helpful, friendly, on-site when she's supposed to be, does what she says she'll do, keeps the place clean, lights working, the gate working, etc. In short, she tries hard to do the right thing, to keep the customer happy. So I can recommend this property.
Mary was a really big help! She even helped me get some things I didn't think to get but needed.
Mary listened to my needs and presented solutions that met my family's needs. Her customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend anyone giving Mary a call.

I was moving all day long, sweaty, stinky, and gross hah, and in my moments of stressful anguish, Jacintha really helped out.
Living in a condo in northern Virginia means having storage nearby...and for us, this Public Storage location has been great. Initially moved in a small amount when another storage place nearby had multiple problems keeping the unit safe (and that location had continually bad customer service). Since renting at this Public Storage we've had great service and feel much better about the safety of our belongings. Staff super helpful when we eventually needed additional space. All transactions have been pleasant and professional--Keisha, for one, has gone way far in the way of helpfulness.
I had a great experience at Public storage with Jacintha the Property Manager. She took care of the transaction quickily and efficiently.

Visited Jacintha on Thursday to inquire information on storage. Am a college student and will need a space to put my thing in for next month . She ask a few question and took me out to see a space. She is very knowledgeable and does her job well. Every question I ask she answered. I will definitely be renting my unit from her on ravensworth. Perfect example of 5 star service.

Jacintha has excellent customer service. I came in to buy rope to tie some items I had in my truck. Although she didn't have any in stock she was extremely helpful. She even give me directions to the next location that have the item that I need in stock.
