Storage amount was raised after reserving the unit for one week. Property is unkept and not inspected thoroughly after each tenant. I was very skeptical to reserve the unit but needed something close during construction period. While moving out of the unit after only having the unit 2 months it was discovered the ceiling fell in and destroyed all of my belongings. All furniture and personal items that I cannot get back have been destroyed and public storage refuses to address the issue or reimburse for all belongings.
Sibbie was very helpful. She explained everything and even gave us a tour. If you need anything .. go here she was great!
