I hope that I am remembering the young ladies name that works there, Melissa. Friendly, knowledgeable, hair in braids. We promised her a Google review and almost forgot. Here it is, she was so helpful. She explained the lock system and even showed us how to work it. The place was clean and we felt good about renting from her. She might be due a good raise.
I called and had a concern about my current storage unit. Melissa was more than willing to help me out. She went over and beyond for me to resolve the issue. She’s awesome and I’m very thankful for her assistance!

I don't normally write reviews but after being at my daughters storage unit yesterday, there was a young lady working there named Melissa. My daughter and 2 grandchildren were there trying to put items into their unit. After several attempts and 2 screaming children later I walked up to the office to get some help. Well, help we got, Melissa followed me to the unit to see what she could do. She looked it over and decided we needed a new battery. She went to get us one. She came back switched batteries, nothing. Still didn't work. She apologized for it taking long and she talked with the kids. She was trying to help keep them happy. Bless her heart. We asked her what time she was getting off. She stated 5 o'clock. Well it was past that. Not one time did she act like we were being an inconvenience or holding her up from going home. Yes, she got us back up and working as well. Melissa had a great personality. She was positive and confident under pressure. Thank you. We will highly recommend this facility location to our friends and family.

I cannot believe how wonderful and warm Melissa is at the storage. She is always laughing and has a great personality for her job. And that is not just for me as I went in to ask her a question and she was dealing with other customers looking for storage and she was great with also. She explained everything in detail. I was here everyday for a week by myself with some health issues and she would check on me 2 to 3 times a day. And she helped me with the gate and opening so I felt comfortable coming in and out myself. She a great employee to represent your fine company.

Went in today to see about upgrading my storage unit size and Melissa made the process so easy! From walking in the door to looking at the unit and updating paperwork it was less than 20 minutes and such a breeze. Highly recommend Public storage and thank you Melissa for making my life easier!
I would just like to give some recognition to Melissa the property manager at this location. Every time we come to our unit she is so pleasant and has a great personality. She even taught us old folks how to use the lock system which is just wonderful. It seems so much more secure. She is always tidying up inside and outside. It's looking better every time we go there. I am glad that Public Storage took over the property. I have seen a lot of improvements being made. Highly recommend that if you need storage to and see Melissa.

This is an updated review: My previous review noted that there appeared to be a couple of guys living in one of the storage units near mine. I made this part of my review. This review was read by someone at Public Storage and a couple of days later the District Manager for my Public Storage facility called and left a message that he was sorry for my experience and that they would investigate. I returned the call and left a message with the additional details that he requested. Later that week I went to the storage facility and saw a mattress and some other items from the guys I thought were living in a unit in the dumpster. It appears that my concerns were investigated, corrected and resolved. I therefore commend them taking my concern seriously. For this reason I have raised my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Other than the occasional problem unlocking the gate access gate with my phone (you can key in a code if this happens) I am very happy with Public Storage and would highly recommend this facility for storage.

This place is dirty. I dont feel like my stuff is safe here there office is gone through and there celling tiles are falling out water leaking from the celling the bathroom is locked there punch key pad doesn't work out front. And people are stealing people's stuff here not to mention no security.

Don’t like that there isn’t a staff running the place in person. And the access hours are inconsistent. There are a lot of people that go in and out of the units with shopping carts and seem to have access to the units that they’re living in at all hours of the night. And the people that live in those units offer help hoping to get paid. Makes me extremely uncomfortable. There are people walking their dogs there like it’s a dog park. Don’t understand why there is a gate if it always stays open. we pulled up a few minutes before 11pm our access to the unit was cut off to unload our belongings after being told we had access till midnight.
Don’t store anything with this company. They ruined all of my family heirlooms , paintings and from my late mother’s home. Gone forever and all they offered was $2000 insurance check . A few years ago we had a cold weather event and this place let temp get down to freezing during a power outage . So all the pipes froze and sprinklers filled the building . No generator for backup power . Asleep at the wheel . And no one onsite . I put this stuff in there to be safe secure and cared for until i could move it out of state and now it’s all lost . Do not use this company
