Ron is an amazing manager as I had problem with my door but resolved the issue but I highly recommend this location and Ron at Public Storage.

Needed a storage unit quick I went online and found this public storage on Academy Road within 20 minutes. I had a storage unit everything went smoothly with the online purchase . then the day . Ron , who worked at the counter called before I got there to asked if he could assist in anything and I thought that was very professional he is a Great guy and a great storage place. and I downloaded the app and the app works great also. Thanks again Ron for being so polite and helpful.

🥰 I just got storage on the one on Academy Road in Philadelphia I feel like the application process was very easy. I feel like they get you your storage and your keys right away. And the manager at the front desk was very organized and polite Oddysie I was her name and yes, I will recommend this to my friends and family
