I’ve had the pleasure of being served by LaVonne at the Sharonville location several times. LaVonne goes beyond the second mile to ensure that I am informed about my account and space. She is kind, understanding, and she’s solution oriented. Hospitality and customer service from a global standpoint isn’t rave worthy these days. Staff members often treat you as if you are just another number/account. That is not the case with Lavonne. When our conversations are over I feel valued, prioritized, and well served. I want share the positive experiences with Lavonne at the 3677 E Kemper storage unit. The person I rented the space was not nice charged me for insurance when I didn’t want it plus I didn’t get the first month discount! Lavonne was fantastic.

I was with a friend that rented a unit here. Talicia was simply AMAZING. She rented us the right size unit for a fabulous price. We got a 5 x 10 unit, leaving us only having to pay a little over $200 for a years worth rent with the Fall Sale (we paid in advance). SIMPLY AMAZING. The property is extremely clean and even after renting us the unit, Tee was non stop helping others that needed assistance while cleaning units and the property AND had to go to another property down the street to do the same. She is a rare a Gem. Thank you Tee for being so professional and knowing your job so well. We are very happy

I would like to point out Gwen on Kemper is a hard worker. Her customer service skills are fanaminal!! She takes pride in her work for sure.
