The place itself is very nice, but the workers really make it worth it. Lance was extremely helpful and friendly, that guy deserves a raise. We got a flat tire while at the facility and did not have a jack, Lance came out and got his jack out of his truck and laid on the cement to help us jack our car and change the tire. He then called the shop that helps the facility with their u-hauls and they agreed to patch the tire for us for free. Lance for the win!!!

Eric was extremely helpful. He showed us our unit before we committed, so we could make sure we will have enough space. He was patient and kind. When our bank cards kept declining with swipe, he helped us find a quick solution, and got us on our way. He deserves a raise! My fiancé and I do not receive customer service like what Eric presented us today. I highly recommend this location. It is quiet, with no history of break ins (just don't be ignorant, lock your unit; even if you'll be right back!).

First off, I don't usually review things but I just have to today, PUBLIC STORAGE YOU NEED TO THANK YOUR STARS THAT YOU HAVE ASHLEY! She's probably the only reason you still have customers here, your units are old and barely open, you came in and raised all the rates and charge the insurance and auction people without their knowledge. Not only did Ashley go out of her way to help my mother but while I was in the office she dealt with 3 more angry customers all with a smile on her face, she is kind and empathetic and patient and probably worth way more than she gets from your greedy company. My mother will be moving soon as I'm sure most of your customers will, Thank you Ashley, Best of luck, you are welcome to come work for me or probably anybody else who came in that office.
