This place is a scam. Be careful from them. They let me pay three times and I don’t get my space After that I tell him cancel everything and they don’t give me my money back. There is no refund.

Great for folks who like seamless access and don't need to fuss with human interaction. The mobile app makes it so you can come and go as needed with just a tap on your screen. I recommend the inside units. Heads up: there are no restrooms or trash dumpsters available.

I had an issue with my storage unit when I moved in but Connie came to my rescue and fixed it same day, and even same hour. Connie and this location is on top of things and I highly recommend.

Sawmill Road Public Storage used to be a decent place manned by dynamite people. It is now an unmanned kiosk serve and a dump. They showed me one unit but rented a different one I didn't pick up on until the online reservation was complete since they don't have people there anymore. The place is full of 4-in deep potholes. When I did my reservation they insisted I purchase a lock but since I already had one, told me I could return it at the kiosk. The virtual kiosk video attendant told me I had to drive across town to drop the lock off. I went to the other location which closed at 6:00. At 5:20 it was locked up solid and the people laughing inside were not answering the door I called Public Storage and was not given the option to speak to a person. I entered to rent a new unit which immediately got me a live person who put me through to customer service. After 15 minute wait the line disconnected. Do yourself a favor don't rent at this location, I'm out of here as fast as I can. Public Storage will raise your rates every 6 months until before you know it you're paying $100 more than you started at. If it was a well-run facility that might be tolerable but it is what just one big piece of deferred maintenance right now.

Easy payment, left for 2 years and everything is in the same condition as left.

Very good and reliable storage facility. Getting the app really helps with saving time at the access gate. Alex was very good and responsive with addressing any concerns we had. 👍

While searching for a place to store my muscle car I met Stacey at the Dublin location off sawmill rd. She is by far the NICEST person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service in my 40 plus years experience. She went above and beyond my expectations to get me the best unit that day. Two plus years later she is still so nice I enjoy going in to pay my bill every month because I know she’ll make me laugh and take care of any issues. She is management material and the Dublin location should be great full to have such an outgoing, pleasant, and very friendly person working for them. Go in and talk to her for a minute you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about!

I didn't catch the name of the person at the desk today 8/29/22 when I moved out but she was the sweetest lady. I never write reviews but she was helpful and I left with a smile on my face and that's everything you want from a customer service experience! The facilities themselves are great and very clean. I leased a unit for the last 8 months and the contact free nature of setting it up and accessing it made it very convenient. Plus the flatbed cart in the complex saved my back! Overall great experience!
