Don’t go here worst place I have ever used. They want to charge for 24/7 access to get in and then you can’t get in when you go because the gate won’t open. Then, if they leave the gate open, then it sets off their alarms then they call the police on you while you’re there then you get questioned by them like you’re some kind of thief Oh, and by the way, the snow plow will plot literally plow in your storage unit then you have to shovel it yourself to get into the unit. The dumpster be careful of that doesn’t fly out of its spot into the office. The manager there could care less about anything you complain about. Can’t wait to get out of here.

Please dont use public storage for your storage needs and if you do please the contract thoroughly as one of their associates so rudely directed me. My storage started at 1 promotion it is why i chose them it went from there to 268 which is still fine from there to 324 and from there 429. There is no way i can afford this i am going to have to move my things to another facility. This is rediculous. Do not use should you find yourself stuck and forced to need storage for a time period. They do not care about losing a customer. They only care about the fact that they can raise their rents. I wonder how just storage and other storage places can afford to keep their prices lower.

Was having an awful day. Didn't expect it was going to improve having to deal with a number storage issues. Then steps in Ariana. What a treat. Friendly, helpful, understanding, and most important-fixed things that had been wrong for months. Simply magical. No one else has been helpful for months. Meanwhile Ariana fixed stuff and left us with nothing but smiles and one less thing on our to do list.
