Friendly service, was able to switch a unit due to wrong door size at initial set up, all the info transferred over fine and fast, very pleased

i will adjust this review if these changes are made.
1. the interior storage areas need thoroughly cleaned often. i’ve seen the same garbage and dust sitting for months. start sweeping and vacuuming.
2. there are spiders everywhere. get someone out to spray. the code box to get in and leave regularly has spiders hanging on them… no one wants to reach into a spider just to type in a code. my guess is the spiders have laid eggs in the crevices of the code boxes… this needs addressed.
it should be universal that upon leaving, the gate opens on its own. why do i have to type in my code a second time just to leave? i’m already inside...
