Logan the store manager is by far one of the most helpful and reliable employees at Public Storage that has ever helped me at PS. I’ve had a PS in the past at different locations and the last location it was nearly impossible to get the store manager to help me with a serious billing problem that never got solved and she was short when talking to me. Logan followed up with me to assure I was satisfied with the concern that he literally figured out in a matter of minutes. He addressed my concern and solved it then proceeded to change the matter so that would never happen again. (My original complaint wasn’t to do with him or billing) thank you Logan!!!!
So far great experience with public storage. I had a unit that was right size, but a location that didn't work for me. Worked with Ms. Arlean to be able to get a better unit. She provided want I needed immediately and received more than I can ask for around the same price. Happy Customer so I want to leave a review

The representative was very helpful and the storage price is affordable.
They used to have 4 or 5 dollies but now it's only 2 and that's not enough for a storage that size. Who knows when they'll run out completely. I'm not happy with that at all.
