Went today to check out the facilities I booked online to see where and how my storage unit was situated before I have my items delivered.
The online hours are incorrect, as the office hours start at 9:30, but Whitney was kind enough to answer questions for me before I checked out my space and where it was located.
Afterwards, I had more questions and she was kind enough to help out in any capacity needed.
My only issues, not with Whitney, but the online site for reserving the storage unit as I thought I was getting the forst month free and that didn't happen and although she couldn't promise to rectify the situation, she would contact her supervisors, of which 1 was on vacation, and would do so as soon as possible.
The facilities are clean and nicely situated with secure bldgs.
Whitney’s service was great she helped me get set up initially and has always been a pleasure to deal with when I come in and pay my monthly bill highly recommend all in the Raleigh are to go to the 7505 fox road location.
I can tell she was having a busy day, but she still took extra steps to make sure My confusion was explained and fixed. THANK YOU!!! Ms Angela for your help. I don’t normally give reviews but good customer service needs Recognition 🙌🏽
When coming here, Whitney showed absolute profession and respect answered all my questions willingly without a problem helping me find my right unit for all of the stuff I needed thank you so much for your help. I’ll be coming back.

I have had my storage unit at this facility for almost 2 years now. I decided to downsize from a 10*20 to a 10*10. I knew this needed to be done BEFORE the new month came so I WOULDNT BE CHARGE FOR BOTH UNITS. I went into the office Saturday (5/30)morning and spoke with a lady by the name of Whitney and told her I had already spoke with Ms Sharon about switching to another unit and I know I will have 2 days to vacate. She told me okay and informed me I had to pay 25.15 today (SAT 5/30). So I paid it went and moved my belongings to my new unit and called it a day. TODAY June 1 when I went to the office I spoke with Ms Angela and she informed me that I would be charged for BOTH units today due to Whitney not actually putting in that I vacated the old storage. I explained to her everything that Whitney told me and I was even turning in the keys BEFORE MONDAY!!! Needless to say Ms Angela took care of everything. She should be the manage because I also saw how she dealt with a customer before me and she had so much patience and explaining everything to them. THANK YOU MS ANGELA!!!!!!!

I had an excellent experience at [Storage Fa7505 Fox Road, Raleigh, NC, all thanks to Angela. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a warm smile and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain all my options, showed me around the facility, and made sure I felt comfortable with my storage unit selection.
What really stood out was their professionalism and genuine care for customers. They answered all my questions patiently and went above and beyond to ensure everything was clean, secure, and exactly what I needed. It’s not often you find service like this!
Thanks again to Angela for making my move a little less stressful. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of storage—and be sure to ask for Angela if you want top-notch service!

It is a beautiful place, there is no doubt about it. I am claiming extra payments and no one does anything. They charged me for two months and they hide and do not respond.
Came into the office because I received a rate notice I was confused about, and Desiré took care of it super fast, super easy and even help adjust it for an additional season. Tracey has this crew on point!A+++.

ESPECIALLY THIS PROPERTY! no one is ever working or in office to handle business. you call the number no one picks up.. you come here no one is working. never using this company again would NOT recommend coming here especially. this building apparently is suppose to run itself. at least get a damn robot!
