Great staff and awesome manger
Jenny is amazing! I was going through one of the worst times of my adult life and Jenny showed show much grace and compassion. After speaking with her on the phone about pricing and the few questions I had, I knew this was a place I would feel comfortable with leaving my things. The entire process was quick! She was very pleasant to work with!! Hopefully I won’t need a storage for the purposes in which I got this one but if I do, this is where I’ll be coming back to! This location has much wider open Isles. If you have a large vehicle, you won’t feel cramped maneuvering around this location!👍👍

First and foremost, the accessibility of the facility is outstanding. Conveniently located off the highway, finding the place was a breeze. The wide-open space around the storage units made maneuvering in and out effortless.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the incredible assistance I received from Linda. Her dedication to resolving an issue I encountered was outstanding. Linda's professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend this Public Storage location to anyone in need of reliable and customer-oriented storage solutions. The combination of a convenient location, spacious layout, and the outstanding assistance from Linda makes it a top choice for all your storage needs.

Update: Sept '23 I have changed my rating from a 4 to a 1 for the following reasons.
First impressions or, in this case, a business deal can be deceiving. I couldn't begin to tell you all the issues I had with Public Storage on Commodity Pkwy. I will tell you that when the air conditioner in the building my unit was in stopped working it was not repaired. I, speaking only for myself, was not informed right away or given options. Bottom line I rented and paid monthly for a "climate controlled" storage unit and that was not the service I received for a good portion of the year that I rented the unit. I would tell you it was resolved in the end but that would be a lie. No one from the property manager to the regional vice president did a damn thing to resolve the issue.
2022: The ladies, Linda and Teresa, at the Commodity Pkwy location are very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and their facility is well maintained. The whole process from the beginning online to the move in was pretty painless. I did everything on my time and at my convenience. I would recommend that location to anyone looking for climate controlled clean storage units.
The team here is great! I accidentally booked the wrong type of unit online and Linda helped me get it all sorted out on our moving day. She was great and I appreciate all the help!
At Servpro Southwest Raleigh, we use a lot of storage facilities. Linda at the Commodity Pkwy. location is spectacular! So accommodating and a great attitude. Their facilities are fantastic and I would highly recommend using them.

Linda at the commodity drive property was very helpful and went above an beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my experience with her and the property.
First of all, great service. I wanted to rent a space for a relatively short time ( 9 days only) for a 40 ft trailer and was told by the property manager that they have a promotion for first time renters, 1 $ for the first month and 29$ admin fees only. I was assisted during the registration process.

We came in today for a 10x20 space and Danielle had just sold the last one she had she offered us so many different options that we were impressed! Although yall didn't have the size we wanted we left knowing we would store at that exact location so we reserved a smaller space and she called us back within minutes. Very helpful staff onsite, especially Sarah, very clean, easy access. The parking area for larger vehicles (Boats, trailers, RVs) is well kept, and clearly labeled, not full of missing asphalt like other storage facilities I've used.
