Take I-440 South (Raleigh Beltline) from the North Raleigh area toward Southwest Raleigh. Continue on I-440 South for several miles, passing exits for Falls of Neuse Road and Six Forks Road. Take Exit 293 for Poole Road and merge onto the exit ramp. Head east on Poole Road for approximately half a mile, passing through a commercial area. Turn right onto Maitland Drive heading south. Continue for a short distance and Public Storage will be on your left.

Take I-40 East from the Cary or Garner area toward Raleigh. Continue on I-40 East for several miles through Southwest Raleigh. Merge onto I-440 North (Raleigh Beltline) and continue for approximately 2-3 miles. Take Exit 293 for Poole Road and merge onto the exit ramp. Head east on Poole Road for about half a mile. Turn right onto Maitland Drive heading south. Public Storage will be on your left, just past the intersection.

If I could give a no stars I would. Beware of this location. The manager is rude and has her children with her while she shows the storage units. She will not return any phone calls when u leave voicemails. Nor will she notate your account when she tell you she’s going to do something as far as a credit. Half the time the facility is not open regular hours to make a payment then they slap a late fee and lien on your account. There would be a sign up stating staff will be back in 30 minutes and I would be waiting for an hour. Very unprofessional. This was the first and will be the last time I use this location. Also other people has had roaches in their units and damaged furniture and if I had of known this I would of never put my things in this storage. As a manager if you don’t like your job find another one. Also I just moved my things out of the storage and I had ROACHES in my things. Unacceptable. Please don't rent from this facility. The people who has made positive reviews for Jenny (manager) is because she know them and told them to post it. Corporate is no good either. I will be reporting to BBB and whoever else I can. I have been nice and respectful to her every time I've been there.

I never leave reviews but I need everyone to stay as far away from this location as possible. I have requested a credit for the last two months because the property manager would not answer the phone or door. I had to pay a locksmith on several occasions because she was not there to verify who I was in order for them to cut the lock off!! Corporate doesn’t care about this. When I FINALLY vacated after Ebony helped me get in, the property manager then told me that she was charging me for another month when there is NOTHING in my storage. While I was vacating, someone even stole my lock!! I have called corporate several times and they take her word over the customers and STILL no update on the refund or credit they owe me!
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
