I rent 4 units here, & run a tight busy business if it wasn't for tiffanys helpfulness and her willingness to make sure my account is up to phar my units could've been sold by now. Thanks public storage for putting Tiffany upfront :)
I had a very bad experience with the in house customer service representative unfortunately. Currently I am being threatened with a law suit saying that I was harassing the employee after she called me and I told her I would like to talk in person instead of us arguing over the phone about a payment. To be belittled about $150 past due payment while going through an economic hardship is ridiculous and very unprofessional. The employee goes on to take a picture of my information and says she was going to press charges for harassment, I said fine by me because I knew I was being recorded and video evidence is usable in the court of law. Knowing i didn’t do anything I called the police to the property but the employee left in rage.Obviously I need the unit because I would not have been a customer this long if it was not needed. Yes, it’s August 12th, my payment is due on the 1st of each month but I always pay my past due fees when I am unable to make my payment on time because I understand policies and I agree with them. I’ve had my unit for over a year and was wanting to continue to be a “valued” customer but it’s in my best interest to end my agreement and move to another company that has a more professional decorum and empathy towards their customers. This is not the first time that this employee has been mean to me and I hope that she does get the courts involved because this has to come to an end with the unprofessional behavior towards customers. Hopefully this can be resolved but I’m not giving up without justice after my livelihood was threatened because of us both yelling at one another. To threaten me with harassment charges is ridiculous and I do have a lawyer on retainer for all legal issues and will be contacting them in the morning. I guess she didn’t like the energy that was reciprocated after she could of politely approached me and we could of talked like adults instead of yelling like animals.
Tiffany is wonderful. Her amazing thrill for life & customer service is hars to find in companies that requires monthly invoices. Shes anasset i look forward working with her. She deserves a raise the max +

This place is the worst, people living in their units, nails on the ground and then they're charging me when I'm no longer there.... ghetto storage....rent doubled 6 months after I moved in and the person I talked to on the phone sounded like she was drunk, slurring her words.... couldn't understand her
Worst mistake I made was renting here. I should have just left when Katrina wouldn't allow my service dog in the office, then she strongly "suggested" i give a 5 star review.... Employee(s)broke into my locker and now I'm missing stuff. When I figure out everything that's missing I'm filing a police report. Yes I KNOW it was an employee 100%. I was late with a payment do to card issues (and I was in Colorado) I called several times to let them know but nobody returned my call. Someone did finally call me but they weren't returning my call. I told them my issue and that I would have the payment by the end of the month. About 3 weeks into the month I made my payment but they had already cut my lock off and replaced it with theirs(I only owed 1 month) and were ready to auction off my stuff...RUN!!!!! DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I was there today for a brief visit and the gate was wide open and not closing....there was trash all over and people were working on their car...I picked up several nails in front of my unit. Now I'm being verbally harassed by an employee while I'm waiting for the cops to show up for my report on my storage unit being broke into
I have moved out but they are charging me rent....
Update 6/28/24: something was going on with my account and I couldn't access it through the app or online. Tiffany happened to call me about my account and experienced the issues with me but was able to see some of the notifications that for whatever reason were not coming through to me. Because of her help my account is fixed. She was friendly, helpful and took away a stressor for me.
The customer service is so excellent. Tiffany helped me with everything and made the process fast and easy. She even gave me some tips on products they have to make my move much easier. I am pleased to have a unit rented here!
Great location first of all, and the manager Tiffany was the best! She showed me multiple units to confirm what size was the best fit for me. Very personable, she’s a great asset to this company!

Relatively quiet during the week and we've never felt unsafe. Management on-site 24-hrs. Gate closes at 9:00 PM a bit inconvenient - be sure you exit before the electronic gate locks! (opens at 6:00 AM).

Rented there for 2+ yrs while building house. Place is dirty. Everything in my unit needed cleaned. Mouse droppings all over and cockroaches. Renters using spaces for maintenance work. Rent went from $89 to $240/M during that time. Mold on back cinderblock wall ruined many items. Renters double parked - hard to drive through.
They make you give 5 star reviews to rent. I rented my unit with plans to use starting the next day, when I got there they forgot to remove their locks, and no one was there for me to access the unit. It has a urine smell in it quite often, and roaches scatter every time we open the door at this unit. My other unit hasnt had any problems other than my rent jumped $100 a month! When i asked if there was anything we can do the girl in the office asked when I was going to move out, they will just rent to someone else if I dont like the price!
