Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 414 Judd Pkwy SW, Fuquay-Varina, NC

I rented From this local office and when I closed On my home I called In and spoke to Tarek Who informed me I would be refunded any usage I did not have in that month. Therefore, I moved out on November 2. I Went to the office and tarek was there And again told me I would see my refund in 5 to 7 days. When I had not received a refund, I called in and got him again on November 9 and he said to call back on Monday and speak to Arlene Who has been at the office longer and she’ll be able to confirm how many days it takes to get my money back. I was then informed I would not receive any money back, and when I spoke to customer service, no one would take responsibility for the actions of their employees. Stay clear of this public storage

definitely one of the best interactions I’ve had with public storage…I had a question about the security features and Terrick didn’t just explain them to me he showed me how secure the facility was and explained why their locks are better than the common lock you buy from the stores. Thank you to Terick Nelson for five star service when having to transfer units! I originally purchased a unit that was too small and Terick responded to me same day within a couple of hours to help me through a transfer on a Saturday afternoon!

Like many others, we rented this as Integrity Storage. Integrity knew a few months ago that they were selling to Public Storage, but they did not notify anyone of the sale. I went to pay my rental fees, but UHaul didn't know what was going on. I finally was able to speak to someone who said it was now Public Storage. I paid my rent, but then my app states we are past due by $11.29. We went to the former Integrity site and was told our rent is all paid. We asked what the $11.29 was, and they said it was because they bill on the 1st, not the 30th. I didn't understand. I told them we were removing our stuff from storage later this month and asked if they prorated. They said no. I said if you don't prorate, then what is the $11.29. No answer. Disappointed in this whole sale and lack of communication on the part of Integrity Storage. They had ample time to let people know so they could choose whether to stay with Public Storage or move. I will be happy to be out of there.

Do not use this facility or Public Storage. When we rented our unit on 6/21 the property was still Integrity Storage and they were wonderful. When we rented the unit, we got a 3-month introductory rate of $120 from $220 or $240 - can't remember which. Today, we found out that Public Storage bought this property and completely reneged on our contract and are demanding that we pay $220 going forward when the same unit is on their website for $155. Only one-month in and they want to double our rate and void our introductory rate. Avoid Public Storage at all costs.

ABSOLUTELY DONT RENT ANYTHING FORM THIS SITE! They changed my lock without my consent and they changed didn't notify anybody when they took over integrity storage! They defaced our property and are claiming it's for "auditing purposes" they don't even show up to the site in time to handle anything Arlene needs to be terminated! She's down right rude disrespectful has no customer service experience and it's been obvious
