Poor service - no one their and they are clueless

Rates consistently rise as is common with any large franchise, but the customer service at this location helps justify that increase.

Lisa was great. Followed through on everty detail. Very curtious. This local shop is great. I can't say the same for the larger Public Storage company. It seems the longer you rent a spot the more they punish you by raising rates every 3 to 4 months. I experienced an overall 32% increase over twelve months. You would think that a loyal renter would be rewarded, not punished. Despite the great local service, I may have to look at moving my RV in the near future, or upon the next increase.
Lisa stayed after her shift was over to make sure my rental was completed. Awesome job Lisa

Their facility IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THEY ARE ALWAYS, ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL WHEN NEED BE. I WOULD CERTAINLY PICK PUBLIC STORAGE OVER ANY OTHER FACILITY AROUND FOR A NUMBER OF GOOD REASONS. We've been renting here for quite some time a little more than a year and have never had an issue with anything. The only thing I would like to see different maybe is staying open longer than 9pm but I'm only one person and I wouldn't know how other people feel about this or if it would even matter.
