I recently got some truly amazing service from Lisa at this Public Storage. She actually cares about the customers and about doing a good job. Rare to find these days. This has been a great overall - very convenient location, always clean, easy access and reasonable prices. Would definitely rent a spot here again.

I went to the Winetka location and they were closed and the representative at 169 at Kilmar offered to stay until I got there if I needed help. Luckily I got there in time and he didn’t have to stay late but again he was super helpful and a pleasure to work with.
