Friendly staff. Buildings are lit in hallways and there is air circulation. Hand trucks available to transport your items and elevators work well. Controlled access and feels safe.

I reserved my unit online. The day before my rental agreement started, I received access instructions and my access code via a text message. When my rental agreement started, I arrived to find the unit clean with a padlock inside for my use. All of this was accomplished without having to come in contact with anyone. SUPER EASY and convenient!

Customer service told me the charge was $0.50 per mile when I arrived at the store I was told the charge is 99 cents per mile imagine the difference that makes I was also told I can leave my car parked on the parking lot so I arrived without an assistant driver so I had to go all the way back home pick up someone to drive and return to the store how inconvenient was that for me.

I have been using the St. Barnabus Road location for quite some time. I don't often get to interact with the staff personally, since I conduct most of my business online, but when I do whether in person or over the phone, they have been great! Always professional, friendly, patient and friendly. Especially Ms. Monica. She is awesome. She must never have a bad day and if she has, I haven't experienced it. It takes a special type of person to interact with the public on a very regular basis and deal with the kind of nonsense that people can shove at you and you not let it show. So if ever you are in need of some extra space...stop by the St. Barbabus Road location and Ms. Monica or any of the staff there to assist you. Matter of fact tell them I sent you.🙂

They are cool. I go here to get a few things out of my mom's unit when she she needs something. They close to early though. Wont be getting anything out of here after 5pm.

Outstanding Monica was simply amazing! She showed us the property gave specific information. No games! This was a very pleasurable experience.

Just moved in last Saturday and I’ve honestly had the best welcome I’ve had at any storage facility ever! Being a traveling family Ms. Monica made It very easy to be able to move in and understand all ground rules and regulations. I feel like my belongings are in great hands at this location. Her communication, knowledge of the contract, knowledge of the facility as well as the needs and wants of her guest definitely have sold me! I will definitely be sending recommendations this way!

I've only heard horror stories about storage units, I had a reservation at the public storage in Clinton MD, I get there to check in at 9:30 am only for the store manager to tell me her system is down and she's unavailable to check me in. Keep in mind my movers were scheduled to come at 11 am that morning in a panic, I get to St. Barnabas rd greeted by the store manager Monica she asked me my needs and says " It's going to cost you " as her location is the most expensive in the area. At this point I really don't have much choice so she proceeds to show my father and I a unit. Lord Jesus the unit was already open the first thing I saw was mice droppings every where, a black trash bag with open food in it, the unit stink it was a nightmare. Me NEVER using a storage unit before already stressed cause the movers are on the way I LITERALLY START CRYING LEGIT TEARS smh my dad look at me and say stop crying what did you expect! I'm frustrated with Monica because I'm like why would you show me this nasty unit. Monica stated I showed you this because it's a reality of what you can happen if you put certain things in your unit. She walk me back to the office and assure me she'll take good care of me. I only needed a unit for 3 maybe 4 weeks Monica gave me a good rate and also provided me everything I needed plastic for my furniture, tape and a tarp. She instructed me to do exactly what she said and my items would FINE! 4 weeks later I come get my things out and just as Monica said my things were PERFECT nothing was damaged no signs of mouse droppings, no water damage NOTHING! I would highly recommend this public storage to anyone. THANK YOU SO MUCH MONICA.

Have dumpster on premises but customers can't use it. Its locked up behind a fence. Give your customers to throw away some trash at least. I believe each unit should have a electrical outlet at least for cleaning out the unit. That would be fast, easy and convenient when your moving out.
