Ive had past bad experience with the company but this location gets great rating from me. Also had good price that hoping won't change to soon like usually does. This location has great service! DJ at the front desk assisted my Mom and I with renting my storage space. He was wonderful with making the renting process easy, and explained all of the details about our space very clearly! He was also very cordial and helpful towards my mother whenever she had questions, and overall made our moving experience very seamless. He was also very open in regards to questions and feedback if there were any issues with our unit or with getting around on the property. If ever needed again, I will not hesitate to use this location again as my trusted source of storage for and moving. DJ was fun to interact with, and I hope to do business him again when I do return to this location!
Quick and easy process of contacting Public Storage and securing a space. The 10x30 space is clean and the rolling door works smoothly and is easy to secure.

I just wanted to take a moment and mention how Denell was great at helping me with a problem I had with my unit. I called in to complain about a problem with things leaking all over my things, from the ceiling. I tried calling in a couple of times before and spoke to two different people about the problem, but they didn't seem too concerned about it. It wasn't until I called the 3rd time and got Denell. She was able to take care of my problem and get me moved to another unit. She showed good customer service and kept me from going to another company. I really appreciate her concern and all her help in resolving the issue.
