I have had a great experience with this company for the 16 months I have rented a unit. The facility is modern, high-tech, secure, convenient, and clean. What more could you ask for? The people running this are doing a great job.
If you want to change to a different size unit, be sure to go through customer service so that you will be given credit for the rest of the current month that you already paid. I did this wrong by trying to do it myself online. Luckily the district manager Chris reached out to me and remedied the situation so that I did not feel cheated.

These two employees were excellent. I was not really ready to rent a unit, but after interacting with them, I felt good to move forward and rent the unit right way.
