Angel was excellent
Angel was very polite and very helpful. Very friendly answered all my questions kindly.
When I first moved in, this place was great. I recently found out that was because it was brand new. It has gone down considerably since then. The place doesn't get cleaned often. I can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. The office hours are wrong and there is almost never anyone here and they keep the bathrooms locked. Truly, go anywhere else.
They've recently changed my price without letting me know and per usual, I am unable to get ahold of anyone on the phone.
Angel was the best. He helped with anything I needed and was very knowledgeable on how to do things. It is nice to be able to come in and see someone that is kind and with a smile.

So many things wrong with this place I don't know where to begin. I spoke with three different people AND the customer service 800 number to let them know I was going to be late as there were some additional charges that kept popping up. I have NEVER been anywhere near 30 days late or anything else. THEY CUT OFF MY $60 LOCK. Put on one of their locks and dude on the phone started laughing when I asked him if they cut off my lock! How is this funny?? I honestly think they did this to go through my things to see what they could take. The rates keep changing, the customer service is horrible, no one is ever there, and the place is dirty. I wish I had NEVER started this. However, this will my last month there and I will never do business with them again. I have 2 more units in other states with PS and will be moving all of my things out of all of them POSTHASTE!!!!

Rental was easy and quick (all done on-line). The facility and unit are very clean. Super easy move in with use of the carts! This is a very nice, clean facility with easy access. Highly recommend!

The building and the space was immaculate. The space was ready for me. The online reservation system was easy. My problem is, there was no one in the office - locked and empty. And the restrooms were locked. I had a question when I arrived and I had to pee. I asked some other customers who were there and they said no one is every present at the building. Why is that? The unit I had in Denver was well staffed and customers were in the office quite a bit. Additionally, I encountered two people who were there for the first time to take over the storage they had booked online. I had to help them understand how the locks worked as they were initially confused.
Fulton helped when I was locked out. Great!

Nice, new location. Good security measures.. but if you need to use the bathroom here you can’t. Both men’s and women’s are always locked. Either they’re cheap and don’t want to hire someone to clean them, so they lock it.. OR there’s a couple hobos living in the bathrooms. No reason they should be locked ALL THE TIME. Bout pissed my draws this morning because I was relying on Public Storage. One time it’s locked.. so be it. Two times it’s locked.. oh come on. 5th separate time it’s been locked.. you’re getting a review.

These two employees were excellent. I was not really ready to rent a unit, but after interacting with them, I felt good to move forward and rent the unit right way. The storage facility is very clean, no dust what so ever. Marla and Sean were great respectful and care a lot about their customers needs. They walked me through the process of finding what fits my needs
