Neal help me today search for a locker that may or may not exist and after looking for 30min he was able to help me transfer to a new unit. The unit switch was even a sweet upgrade to a near the door unit! He was able to save what could have been a frustrating event!

Long over due review. I am only giving 5 stars because Jenny is amazing. My mother has been storing with her since this location has been open and Jenny is always there to answer any questions I have had. I only go to her. I made the mistake of going in to pay my mom's bill one time when the man from down the street was there and he refused to take my payment because he claimed he was to busy, He had the door locked and He wouldn't even open the door to let me in he was yelling at me through the door saying he had to much to do and couldn't take any customers at the time. I explained my mom was going to get a late fee if I did not pay that day he said that was not his problem and walked away. I came the next day and Jenny got the late fee removed for me and told apologized. She is always so sweet and helpful

There is a man that work's there when she is not there Neil and he is always rude. I have never had a good visit when he is there. I came in earlier this month to make my payment and Jenny's location was closed so I went to his property next to her's and he was extremely rude and said he was to busy to take a payment from me and I would have to come back when Jenny was at her office. When I came back and talked to Jenny she apologized and got me all fixed up. She explained when it is her day off her property is open a half day. I will only deal with her from now on. He really does not need to be working for your company. I wasn't the only one in his office that day he was rude to. He made 2 other people leave that day and refused to take their payment. I don't know why he is an employee

I have to give a high review for an employee at this Public Storage. I walked in to get help fixing a billing issue and there was a lady yelling at the employee with horrible words, and the employee motions that she would be right with me after fixing the Lady's issue. Jenny, the said employee was so calm and working on the issue with someone, who I am going to assume was corporate on the phone. What seem to be a long time. The lady kept on Jenny like she was a Drill Sargeant and Jenny was polite stating a multitude of times that she and the person on the phone are trying to accommodate her. Even asked if she would stop the name calling. The lady finally left. I stepped up, Jenny greeted me again and apologized for having to see that scene. My issue was resolved in like seconds. In Conclusion, a big shout out to Jenny for staying so calm and collective. Finding good employees like her, is like finding a diamond in the rough. Please keep Jenny, I will in the future, if problems arrive will make sure I only deal with Jenny. Because of the way she handled herself with the other customer.

I love this place! Jenn was very helpful! She went over and beyond to make sure I understood everything about the facility and its amenities. I was having trouble with the lock on my storage unit and was running late for work so I left without locking my unit. I received not 1 but 2 calls from Jenn letting me know there was no lock on my unit. When I arrived at the facility, Jenn showed me how to take the lock off and had me do it a few times to ensure I knew what to do. I would recommend this place hands down, especially if Jenn is there!

I had lost my key and was certain it was going to cost an arm n a leg to get old lock off n new one on.. but nope! Was only a matter of filling out a request form! Although a small gesture, it was actually a bright light in the dark for me and her great service and friendly demeanor made it even brighter. Thank you for that Jenny, you made my day! This storage facility is very nice, clean, secure and the prices are the best in the area. Jenny was very helpful she provided me and my wife with great customer service, process was very simple and quick, I would definitely recommend to family and friends or anybody who wants to rent a top quality storage unit for the right price and service.
Neal has been a great manager, he’s always been very helpful and nice, I’ve had my storage for almost a year in climate control and everything looks new, just like when I moved in.
I’ve been here since January 2017…5 years…Neal is the best and most responsive property manager. I would rent here again.
