Patrick was very informative, helpful and friendly. It's was extreme doing business with him, which I don't normally experience the joy often from customer service
I would think twice before renting with them. At first, you might not notice it, but over time, you'll realize it was a mistake. It's full of rats. I think Extra Space would be a better option, maybe more expensive or cheaper. I have no idea what their prices are, but they keep everything clean and there are no signs of rats, so think about it before renting or signing a lease.

I store all my undesirables in there, thousands of dollars wasted in Funko Pops and Beanie Babies. Susan doesn't understand they're worth money, but someday. By golly someday all our troubles will be solved you'll see.

I paid my September rent on 9/1/22 and moved out of the unit on 9/5/22 and they refused to provide a prorated refund. I've been in the unit for almost a year and can't believe they will not refund the 25 days of storage not used. Be aware, they will keep your money when no service is provided. I have never dealt with a company that keeps your money when providing no service. Really unbelievable!

The fact they have an app makes this so much easier. Its. A bit more expensove then other places by 50-100 bucks for same size units but your valuables seem well protected. I like they have their units raise to help prevent flood damage. Recommend, no problems, very convenient
