I've been renting a unit at the Public Storage facility on Green Bay Rd. For a couple of years now. I have quite a few items that need storage and a place that is close to my residence. Which this facility is. It's very convenient for me. Every time I come to check or store something else in my unit. I'm always impressed with how clean and secure the premises is. You can chalk up the last two things i said about the facility being clean and secure because of the on-site manager Andre. He's always out walking the property and assisting the guests, be it locating the carts or showing or providing information about the different storage units. Thanks again to Public Storage and Andre for reassuring me that I made the right choice to use the Green Bay Rd location
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a minute to shout out Andre at Public Storage Evanston . From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and super helpful. He took the time to explain all my options, walked me through the rental process, and even gave me a few tips to make moving in easier. The whole experience was quick and stress free thanks to him. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his job. If you’re looking for storage, definitely ask for Andre he’s the best!

Best public storage ever if I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!! I've been renting a unit at the public storage on green bay road going on 3 years now. One thing that always amazes me is the professionalism and general common decency that I get from Andre, the properties manager there. I had gotten behind on my payment.....I thought I had autopay setup. I didn't, lol. Anyway, my unit was about to go for auction. Needless to say, I was not happy, but after speaking to Andre about my concern. He provided me with the proper information, including breaking down the cost and extra charges my account faced. Andre guided me through the proper procedures to help bring my account up to date. I didn't feel embarrassed. I think Andre's calm and professional demeanor helped in making me feel at ease. I wish more people were like him. Thanks again to Andre and the public storage team.
We needed to rent two storage units. We picked Public Storage for their close proximity and reasonable price. When there was not two adjacent units, Nila and Andre (Public Storage Employees), were persistent and somehow found 2 units close to each other. Both Nila and Andre made numerous follow-up phone calls. During that time they were patient and never expressed any frustration. I highly recommend Public Storage and their staff for their excellent service.

I was not real comfortable at first thinking I was not going to have enough space for all my things me and my family lost our home Recently and we needed help we gave a call to a few public storages the first and the third was not helpful but the second one was as over helpful located in Evanston Illinois we knew we had a lot of things and we didn’t wanna lose them we talk to a employee I believe is name was Andre . He was so so helpful. At first we thought we had to much space but he was right on point yes we do have space left over but that’s fine because we still have more things to storage. If anyone actually read these things asked for Andre he is so helpful.

Facility is really clean and well lit, and the hours they're open are very convenient (better than the hours for the one by my home). The app makes entering and leaving easy, too, especially when we forgot our gate code.

I have been renting at the Evanston Public Storage location for about a year now. I have never had any problems there but, recently I had an issue where my account was charged twice. After speaking to Andre, who is the site manager. He expressed his apologies for the mishap and acted promptly to rectify the issue, and he did just that. This review is for Andre at the Green Bay Road facility. He was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and friendly. I was in the middle of a move, I had a flat tire, and I could not find my account information for the storage unit. He calmly helped me. Then he dealt with some weird moving guys I had hired, while I went and got my flat tire fixed. Truly a professional guy. I can’t speak to anything else about this storage facility, but my interaction with Andre was extremely helpful! He made a bad situation better.
