Everything about this place was beyond my expectations. From the cleanliness to the location, and most importantly the staff, every detail was exceptional.
Billy, who was filling in at this location, was incredibly helpful, personable, and professional. He made the entire transition feel effortless and guided me through every step with genuine care. In a world where automation is prevalent, that personal touch truly made all the difference.
I truly hope this property continues to have someone on-site in the future, because it created a real sense of comfort and security for me. Highly recommend.

Very good Storage Facility location and pricing are affordable and economical Ben was very helpful with assisting me in figuring out the correct size unit that I needed for storage. Would definitely recommend that you use this location which is very clean, accessible to I-85 and have trash containers on property to throw away broken and unwanted items.
Long overdue 5 star review!!! I relocated from PA to GA in 2024 and if you know you know, an out of state move can be more than overwhelming. Thank God I found THIS location in Suwanee, and the manager there named BEN.
I rented 3 units on the same day online and then via phone call follow up, for which he assisted with all of the specials being applied, handling insurance, locks,
access codes etc, all while I was on the road headed down south with a 26 ft truck. Upon arriving, I can’t express enough to whoever reads this how CLEAN, organized and safe this particular location was having rented at multiple facilities in the past decade.
Six months in, there have never been any issues with gate access, communication from management, upkeep of the facility; it’s just been an absolute breeze the entire way. I would highly recommend this location above all of the options out there and having rented, 3 units, trust me, if I could give 15 stars total, I would.

So far I have not had any issues. Double security is a wise idea because gates do have problems technically triple security because each unit has a pad lock so having the main doors with codes is a plus. You get what you pay for.

Property manager Ms.Dena was very helpful! It was super fast and quick process. She also picked a convenient storage for us. It is easy to access at any time. Entrance has two stages of security, and I feel very secured. I definitely recommend this place.
Moved in a couple days ago. Property is clean, it’s brand new. At the time we moved in, it only had one dolly to use for the whole facility, but we were told they were getting more soon. Dena showed us the unit before we moved our belongings in and we decided to upgrade to the next size up, it was definitely worth it.
She also dealt with us moving our check in date for about a week as we ran into some complications, but she made it as easy for us as possible! Thank you for your help and we hope to enjoy the rest of the year with this location!
