Though this location is well maintained. I just received a 29% monthly price increase without a 30-day email notification stated in my rental agreement. When the local site Manager was questioned on the recent price increase. I was told this was driven by Corporate and they had no control. But, after checking online at pricing of other local "Public Storage" businesses. I found this location’s pricing well exceeded that of other nearby compatible locations.

Wonderful employees and amazing service as well. Construction was a little awkward but Tynisa and Samantha made me forget construction was even happening. I needed a storage ASAP and they helped me with everything I needed.
