August Storage Units Near Peach Orchard Road
Augusta self storage is easy to get to at this storage facility just a few blocks from the Peach Orchard Road and I-520 interchange, between Melrose Drive and Morning Drive. Neikima was very rude & I had originally left her a nice review as she requested but today she out of pocket. Someone broke into my storage room a couple of months ago resulting in them having to cut my lock.. I didn’t make too much of a fuss about it. I told the property once got there that the latch was broken from when someone broke in they didn’t do anything. Now they have broken the lock again saying the “the unit isn’t properly locked” after I already spoke with them several times about this latch. So because I didn’t make a fuss about them breaking into my unit this is my fault?? It’s too many storage rooms in Augusta for the disrespect & inconsistency

I arrived at public storage today I was having a issue with unit. I overheard her talking to an elderly woman. The elderly lady said she was very helpful little did I know that the lady was right. I was reading up on my entrance. I went over the issue that I was having. She help me resolve it, and proceeded to help another customer while smiling. From what I gather standing there she was very knowledgeable of the facilities, the prices and the rates, and she was willing to call other facilities to help you with your storage needs. I never leave comments or reviews but I I was very impressed with the amount of professionalism efficiency, and her ability to do her job with a smile.

Neikima was awesome! My mother is disabled and needed to put virtually all her stuff in storage as she's moving and Neikima really stepped up to give us the extra help and patience we needed. Not only did she make sure everything was accessible for my mom's mobility issues but she talked with us about exactly what we needed to store and gave us tips on how to prevent our water damaged books from our house from getting further damaged in storage. Just a really above and beyond type of employee :)
