My experience at Public Storage on Military Highway was amazing. The on line registration/check in was very convenient. I had some questions and they picked up the phone quickly , and was very curious and professional
When I got to the grounds , Kelly came out and met us warmly , and she took the time to not only walk me to my locker, but also took the time to walk the grounds w me so I knew where everything I may need was . I also appreciated her taking the time to make sure my codes worked and both keys for the storage unit
In a day when customer service is virtually non existent , Public Storage and in particular Kelly knocked it out of the park

On the first sight of the New Public Storage facility on Cherry Road, we knew it would be the next home for our dear belongings. Upon entering the office Ms. Valerie was so welcoming and encouraging. My husband and I have been going through some difficult times and practically had church with Ms. Valerie and left feeling lifted in our Spirits. Upon our coming back and moving our belongings, we met Ms. Sarah, who was also nice and encouraging. My husband and I was there the whole day (past Ms. Sarah's shift), moving our precious belongings into this lovely facility. She was helpful to us, seeing how laborious it was for us to move everything in our new unit. We are so proud to be a part of fine community and have our possessions housed here. Thank you so much Public Storage for your Wonderful employees and Beautiful Storage facility.

Absolutely awesome experience Teiara was an exceptional customer service rep, she new the entire process of information needed for the storage.
Booked a unit 2 days in advance for my move from NC, upon arriving not only was the unit not on the floor I reserved, the unit was less than half the size I reserved. When asking to switch to the size I requested I was told they wouldn’t apply the 50% off first time customer to the correct size.
Will not recommend or use in the future.
