Mo is great! Just opened an account & he was so helpful with getting me the correct storage unit, helping me download the public storage app and explaining how to enter the building and access my storage unit.
I always have a terrible experience at this Public Storage location. The facility is always dirty, which is completely unacceptable for a storage unit. The staff members are extremely rude and, to make matters worse, they are rarely present when you need them.
When this location was under different management, everything worked smoothly, but now the system is a complete mess. I brought several items to store, and when I arrived, the door to my unit simply wouldn’t open. I tried to find an employee for assistance, but there was no one available to help.
I would not recommend this Public Storage at all. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable option!
I rented a 10x5 space online but when I arrived to start moving my stuff, the unit they gave me was a very narrow, semi triangular space which was completely useless. I went to talk to the manager (Mo) and he set me up with the type of unit I requested in no time. The location is good, clean and never too many people, but the codes for the exterior door and elevators work 1 out of 10 times...
Rented online for the far superior pricing on a 5x10 unit just to get there, have none of the carts available purely because 2 other cars were parked loading their own things, and after hauling my things up finding the unit is a small trapezoidal nook with hardly any usable space due to its lack of depth!
Thankfully Mo was extremely helpful and kind helping move the unit to one that is actually the listed dimensions.
Employees here are a 5/5 but the company itself is very lack luster and should look to take after their own employees

The location is perfect! It's super clean inside - new owners have really made a difference - and Mo has been extremely helpful from the very beginning. If you have to put your stuff somewhere - THIS IS THE PLACE!!
I have to say since public storage has taken over there have been problems. From the crappy dollys, they have no toilet paper in the bathroom. But today I locked my phone in my unit and Mo went above and beyond to help me. He does care about the people who use this facility. I hope they get things fixed with better and more dollys. But MO is a great guy and will help you in anyway he can.

This place has gone downhill since Public Storage has taken over. I have been locked out of my unit for 2 months now and the office is closed due to renovations. The chat doesn't help, I called the local number, no callback. I want my belongings and a refund.
This was previously by another brand and they had great customer service and facilities. Ever since Public Storage took over - the Caribbean manager is horrible - rude attitude and zero willingness to help. Public Storage has take away the big and convenient dolly (they previously had 8 such large dolly), and replaced it with kids dolly and that too just four of them. Now, this place is always busy and people are waiting for turns to use the dolly. Their whole business model is discouraging people to use these storages and forget it. I just waited for 45 mins for my turn to use the dolly, and reluctantly went home - will have to come back some other day. One of the elevators don’t work as well. Not to mention - their app to access the locker is so broken, you would think such large company would make it seamless. I am now looking to shift to another brand. In America this is one of the worst large companies to exist.

Horrible experience at this Public Storage location.
There is no property manager on-site, and no real way to get help. I rented a 10x10 unit online, and when I arrived, I found a weird triangular space that wasn’t even 4 feet deep — completely different from what was advertised.
Since there was no one available at the building, I called customer service immediately. They scheduled an appointment with the property manager for the next day — I waited over an hour, but no one ever showed up. I called customer service again, and they promised to resolve the issue, but nothing happened. I left multiple voicemails and still received no response.
It has now been three days of back-and-forth with no resolution. Customer service finally told me they can’t even issue a refund because there’s no manager assigned to this location! Every time you call, you have to re-explain the story because no one communicates properly, and to make things worse, many customer service reps struggle to understand English clearly.
Save yourself the nightmare and stay far away from this place.
