Pine Castle Public Storage is a convenient location to find great self storage options for folks just south of downtown Orlando.
Situated on the north side of Oak Ridge Road just west of Orange Avenue, this facility is right off of Highway 441 or State Road 528, and a short drive from Interstate 4 or Florida's Turnpike.
At this location, customers will find a large selection of drive-up, outdoor storage units ranging from small to large. There are also rental spaces for vehicle storage, as well as boat and RV storage, with some enclosed, covered parking options for motorcycles, cars, trucks or SUVs.

I currently live out of state where we had issues with a lock. The district manager, Jahaira, was really helpful and took the time to have the lock removed, replaced and ship the keys where needed. She made sure to text me the changes and confirm the keys were sent. :)

I had reservation for a 20x30 unit. Less than 1 day left before I move in. “Shakira” called me saying this unit is no longer available. How are you going to call me in 16 hours before I move in to tell me a unit that I had reserved is no longer available. They only had that unit left. It’s a completely BS why did I even bother put in a reservation for and how someone else going to get a unit that’s technically unavailable.

Been at this location for a few years. Started at $80 per month and at $139 now for a 10x10. Took over two years to get outside lights fixed and customer service are some uppity front desk hacks. Got locked out of the property Thursday afternoon when Hurricane Matthew wasn't due to be if our area till around 2am Friday. Couldn't get to my emergency stuff and was told I should have been ready Monday/Tuesday. Arrogance is the word for this location... Avoid them if you can!!!

I came in today inquiring about a space to rent. The young lady Kristina was able to answer all of my questions and also made me aware of different options I had to choose from. Desiree is the best. I called this girl over an incident I had over a month ago and she heard me out and told me to come to her office immediately if I can so we can resolved the issue. I arrived shortly after and bang she got on it right away and started making calls to set things up to be resolved and things were resolved. Desiree goes that extra mile for her customers, no lie. She goes far and beyond trust me. So whenever you come by here hope you get her cuz you gunna get some hell of service from her.

Este public storage me parece que tiene demasiada desorganizacion. El portón se la pasa abierto en horas de la madrugada. No hay camaras de vigilancia en el área de donde se paran los carros. Roban el diésel de los camiones. Las puertas siempre están abiertas de noche y cerradas de dia. No tiene sentido. Tiene muy mala administración.

My experience was fantastic. Mariel was very pleasant, showing exemplified customer service & being efficient. I don't have a negative thing to say about the customer service & execution of my storage unit. One thing that I would suggest is that the location of the orange poles need to be removed, the property is already tight & it makes it difficult for larger vehicles/moving trucks. Kudos to Mariel!!!
