This Storage facility is managed by Ms. Marisol is really excellent. Ms. Marisol was very helpful and explained the contracts and prices. She ,I believe, exceeds company standards in service. She even assisted us with a vehicle problem. Thank you, Marisol, for your kindness.

Best experience I've ever had with a storage unit, I came all the way down from Michigan to help clear out my mom's old storage unit since she moved up to help me and my wife with our first baby. Not only did Marisol give me free water bottles when I was expecting to pay for it, but she went above and beyond to help me get rid of the last couple things that I couldn't fit in the moving van. Not enough people that care for the customer that much these days, but this place is definitely an exception!

The worse place ever. They take your money, tell you , you have some ridiculous back pay hold you things even though you show them prove you pay them and they took the money and when is time to clear your account it takes forever won't let you get your things after they see everything is mess up in there part , I have them even talk to my bank confirm with them that I was clear and they still want me to pay for charges that are irrelevant to me. Even Willi to pay for the month that it has been taken for them to clear everything and still they won't aloud me to take my personal things so I don't have to deal with this place any longer. Worse place ever. Don't put your belongings there!!! Horrible stressful experience

The facility is very clean and well maintained which was an important factor in our decision to use this facility. The staff is friendly and professional too. The worst. I have never seen a more unprofessional storage establishment. I started my agreement at a specific rate and since January it has increased 3x without notice. Not to mention I was never sent the code for indoor access to my unit and had to pay additional fees due to the inconvenience while waiting for a response back. I had to wait until a random stranger came and could open the unit. I called and complained several times and only received one credit instead of honoring my initial rent agreement. Management doesn’t answer until 3 days later and no one is ever in the office. I would not recommend Public Storage to anyone due to lack of communication and integrity.

I was a loyal customer for around 8 yrs & every yr. they would increase my rate by 30.00 for a lot that was never upgraded and was not worth the high price that they wanted to charge me. I started at $65.00 8 yrs ago & am up to $180.00 & nothing has been done to the lot since we 1st got there. The property manager didn't return my phone calls in a timely manner when I needed to get my travel trailer in November after the hurricane had passed & almost lost going to a family wedding. I had to leave several messages & called back several days later when I had already taken care of getting my Travel Trailer out. When I left a message that I was going to vacate, they did call me back because they can get some other person to pay their ridiculous price for a 10 x 20. I don't understand how they have good reviews. Wait until they increase it for these people who gave such great reviews. Such big increases yearly. When I went to vacate, Marisol was just like she didn't care to lose a good loyal customer. I understand that they need to be competitive, but in making phone calls, I found that there are some nicer places for a lot less in price. On the positive side, I found a place that had the same security but a way bigger lot for a lot less, and the property management answers the phones and is available to answer questions. So, in my case, it worked out for the best. No regrets, just fyi, those who plan on using this public storage, get ready for annual increases. Hope that this helps.

Needed a place to store my Vehicle for a couple of months. While I was abroad in South East Asia. I did the reservation online. A few quick clicks and boom. Easy, easy. When we arrived, the lady(I forgot her name) that was running the place was very courteous, kind and helpful. We were literally in and out of there in 10 minutes. Great customer service, location near the airport too. Would def recommend! to anyone!

I prepaid for a storage unit here. When I got there, it was for a dirt lot in the open, not an actual storage unit. Nowhere in the description did I see where it said "parking spot". I tried to get refunded from the local facility and they couldn't do it. And corporate refused. Poor business ethics. I would not recommend.

Lori was great, even though the computer and the customers tablet decided to stop working. Lori had to put everything manually to speed up the whole process. I didn't mine, I was not in a hurry. Overall, Lori is an excellent employee.

At first, I was going to give a supportive review about the facility, that is until they suddenly raised the rates when this “pandemic” is occurring. While people are losing their jobs or receiving less hours and struggling to just make home rent, this place decided to seriously raise their rates. Stating, “we are keeping up with the competitions rates”. Not now, when people are hurting for income due to the pandemic! It’s that kind of greed that kills a company. They could’ve waited until the situation within the U.S. has stabilized for many financially before raising anything. My rate increased by $30, $120 to $150 a month. Luckily, I was able to find a lower rated place to take my belongings and could afford to do so. I wonder how many couldn’t afford the new rates and lost their possessions. That was a seriously bad decision for upper management to make during this “world” crisis. I certainly won’t ever use Public Storage again, just on the principle of being greedy at a time when people are severely hurting to ends meet.

Nothing great, your typical self-storage place. The insurance "is required" and it's such a scam. It only covers up to $5K and they say not to store anything that would total over $5K. I don't know what others are storing but $5K of coverage is nothing but a drop in the bucket. They reel you in with monthly specials then surprise you with a multitude of added fees (* to include raising the rent by $18 after 4 months). The tax percentage they use is not what the state has listed for rental unit businesses. It's actually higher and in all honesty it needs to be reported to the DBPR. An additional downfall: I very recently received an email stating that my monthly rent would be increased by $18. Take note, I've only been there for 4 months. *Communism at its best.

It very secure but upon rental there are some hidden fee's! Also not upfront on the website about hour yes they say that they are open but you need an appointment to get started at first. Just think that they should put need an appointment and insurance is part of your cost no matter what

One week ago we had been delayed on our way to MCO to catch a flight, and were already late for our check in time. We called and spoke with Amy on the way who kindly stayed behind for 30 minutes after the office had closed as we needed storage for items that we couldn't take on our flight. I have never used any storage place in my life, I did some checking around and found Public Storage not far from where I'm living. I had a very good experience, the young man that took care of me was Marquis, he explained everything to me, took me to my unit, showed me how to use the pass threw code, my lock, just really was a gentleman. He even held the door for me, I just wanted to pass this comment along I hope his bosses and corporate will acknowledge him for a job well done. Thanks Marquis! PS And your prices beat U Haul by a lot!

Got mixed information from personnel. It appears they have a lot of turn over in that office. I have never dealt with the same person twice. I wanted to down size from a 10x10 to something smaller. I got the info from someone on the phone two weeks in advance. When it came time to make the change a different person was in the office and none of the info I was told, and made written note of, was true. I don't know if it was a bait and switch or just someone was making a lot of mistakes but either way I won't be doing business with these guys again. I understand that mistakes are made but make it right when you do or I will simply find someone else who will. The message that I got from today is that Public Storage doesn't care about my business. Good for them. It is great to see a business doing that well that their customers don't count. So Public Storage if you are reading this make note, you got an extra month out of me at the present price but you will not get anymore from me after thise. I stand firm on integrity, honor and honesty.

I found that moving my storage unit from an outside non-air-conditioned unit, to an inside smaller and air-conditioned unit was sooo much easier than I had imagined! The on-site Manager; Mariel was extremely cheerful and helpful. I was relieved to have such support and assistance. I have a medical condition that does not allow me to lift anything over 15 pounds by Doctor's order. Thanks to Mariel's help, I did not have to lift anything major and was able to accomplish everything fairly easily and without any incidents. Thank-you Mariel and Public Storage for making my life less complicated!

I have been at this location for two years and I can say I hate it. My rent has gone up from $100/month to $150/month in the same unit. That is nuts in such a short amount of time. They have been horrible when it came to crediting late payments and unlocking my storage code for the month. They ONLY work MON THRU FRI during the day time. I am sorry but I WORK full time during the day, I cannot take off work to see you in the office. They do NOT answer their telephone when I call. They do NOT return phone calls. They will hound you DAILY if your payment is late during the month even after you give them the date when you will make the payment. They charge a $25.00 late fee on DAY 5 of the month. I can honestly say I wish I never moved my stuff in here.

John was friendly,thorough with information. Easy reservation via internet, paperwork ready when we got there and a reasonably priced unit. Whole process was very smooth.

I have used Public storage in several cities for my company and with out a doubt this location is the cleanest and most organized. Anna in the office got me setup and going in record time and I would highly recommend this location. Its close to the airport which makes life even easier.
