I was searching online for different locations and companies dealing with storage for my move. I decided to go visit different locations and this public storage location was right for me. I visited a nearby extra space storage. Was not pleased with the customer service and that the facility is currently under construction. At public storage Nicholas the manager was extremely helpful in showing me the different units available and making the purchase process clear and easy to understand. Only thing I would recommend is that from the street it does not look like there are many inside climate controlled units available. From street view most units look they are outside only. It would be nice to have a large sign advertising indoor climate control units are available.

Just moved in the area. Had an online reservation. Luis saw my reservation for an upstairs unit and he know I would have questions about the placement of the unit with it being a little higher. He took the responsibility of making sure I had the right unit, he switched my reservation to an easier accessible unit. The process was as fast as a snap of a finger. I have used this Public Storage location for two years and was satisfied enough to get my father to move his storage unit to this location. I have an A/C cooled unit and the storage units are kept clean, thus I haven't seen any evidence of rodents which for me is priceless. The staff is nice, competent and always eager to help (notable shot out to: Nicholas who has gone above and beyond and is always there for any situation).

I wanted to thank Nicholas especially; we were so thankful that, although it was close to closing and he had just finished his security check, he walked us through everything flawlessly and made sure that we understood all the details of the Lease Agreement. This place offers 2 storage "levels", if I may say so, great and good. Within the main structure the place is absolutely great! It is clean, properly conditioned, bright, just like the advertised pictures, 5 stars there. Then there is the ex bowling alley which is just good. That area needs a bit of attention, 4 stars there. It's a bit dark, and the lights turn off on you... Just good. Then, there is Nicolas, the manager, 6 stars there. He is smart, funny, accommodating, he really knows his job. Too bad he is the only one there, but glad that he is there. If you think individuals make the difference, then you'd agree with me, he does!

Lina was the absolute most professional, knowledgable, friendly, efficient, organized, wonderful person I have had the pleasure of dealing with in YEARS! The facility is clean and in very good condition.

I had had my stuff taken there temporarily until I resolved a property matter. After 2 weeks of storing my things here, my boxes smelled mildewy. I had to air out my stuff as soon as I took them out.

Just went there this afternoon to return something my son had bought there. I had tried to return it at the Bird Road and 72 St location, but they insisted I had to go wherever it was bought. Nicholas is the site mgr, he said. He was super nice, friendly, didn’t push any merchandise on me. He answered my questions, and he made some really good suggestions—some things that I hadn’t thought about. My only regret is that I gave the other location my business, since I didn’t know about this one before today. This is a great Public Storage—not all locations are created equal—trust me. This guy is super chill; it’s worth it to go to him, if you’re in the area. Separately, avoid the mgr on Bird and 72 Ave... (although there is a super helpful, friendly young woman there).

I made a reservation, the advertisement said that first month will be for one dollar, I was moving to that location because I needed more space, once I place Nicholas told me that u have to wait 8 days to get the promo because he suspects tha I was taking advantage of companies promotion, he asked me to do him a favor to write a good review for him and I gladly accept, once he got his review, declined my appointment with the excuse that I’m blocked for any promotion, and told me to go to another storage company to try find a space, and that’s exactly what I did. Nicholas didn’t value me as a returning customer, seems that he only cares about attacking new customers, once he thinks that he “own you” you doesn’t matter anymore, he rather have the space empty but give you an “advertised promo” is that a fake or false advertisement???

I had originally made my appointment at a different Public storage location, but when I arrived at my 11 scheduled appointment, there was a sign that stated the person would not be returning till 12:30. This was extremely annoying and frustrating. I called back to schedule another appointment, at another location. When I had the opportunity to speak to Nick at this location, he assured me that what I had previously experienced, would not happen. When I arrived at the location Nick was extremely helpful, and made the whole process very easy. He showed me the unit, we worked through the paper work and I was so pleased with his service. He definitely made up for the incident that had occurred with the other location.

My daugther recently went to college, so I wanted to ship her a care package. I walked into this Public Storage and was greeted by the manager Nicholas . I told him what I was doing and he walked me over to their packing supplies. He was great at helping me select the right size box ,and made sure I had tape and everything else I needed to secure the package. I never knew these stores had such useful supplies. Would definitely return for the convenience and service.

This is my first time ever renting a unit I’m a college student needing to store my stuff for moving out. When i arrived Nicholas helped me out with getting my unit today I reserved one online showed up a few minutes before and he was more than happy to help me get started. We toured the property saw couple of units and he offered me some great advice and which one to pick. The service was fantastic took no more than 30 minutes and I’m very pleased with the customer service he provided. This is the place to go and man to see if you’re interested in renting

There was great customer service since the process started. I made a same-day reservation online and within 5 minutes, Elizabeth called me to work out the best time to process my request. Upon arriving, service was prompt, Elizabeth was waiting for me. We saw all possible units I was interested in as Elizabeth thoroughly explained how the property worked and the pros and cons of each unit. She prepared me for ALL fees and charges then answered every question. I took the unit, everything works as expected so far. It feels safe, my unit is clean, and location is great. I would definitely recommend the location.

I went to see a storage unit in Sunset on December 31st and spoke with Elizabeth. She was very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend this place!

Staff Manager "Sandy" is a five star plus employee. We were returning from our vacation two days before hurricane Irma and needed storage for out travel trailer. We were driving down and quite nervous about the storm. Sandy was wonderful, she was extremely helpful and assisted us in an extremely helpful way. Sandy was the representative that took me to see the unit reserved, plus all additional sizes and options I was interested in seeing. This facility was clean, accessible, and very reasonably priced. All staff I interacted with was professional, courteous, and communicated very well. I’d like to highlight Sandy and Josephine in particular, Sandy being the property manager. These ladies were very helpful, and helped me to move out quickly and efficiently when I was ready. I was in storage unit B255 for almost six months. Sandy the property manager was very sweet and kind since she took over as the new property manager. The units are very clean and safe. I recommend this storage facility.

The office hired workers to remove everything from storage units that had water damage from the hurricane. They put it all by the dumpster. Workers are taking everything of value. Such bs Come get your stuff assp.

Received a call from Sandy A. post Hurricane Irma to advise that there was water damage in the building where my unit was located and that there would be help onsite to assist with any moving that needed to be done. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Sandy A. with a smile and she did everything to accommodate my needs and that of other customers as well. She was very patient, as was the rest of the staff. It made the situation of having to move/dispose contents from my unit to another unit seamless considering all the work that needed to be done. If only all businesses provided this same type of customer service!

After the hurricane got a call from the property manager sandy to make an appointment due to possible water damage. When we arrived she was extremely helpful!! Despite a stressful situation she really helped put our minds at ease and ensured us that if any damage was found we would be moved to a new unit and get the help needed. This was a great experience! Thankfully no damage was found!

For the location at 33173, both Jorge and Milagros made it an easy and great experience! All the way from both setting up the account, explaining options of the account (and the various size storage units). reviewing the entry and exit code-panel, and easily able to answer miscellaneous questions I had. This place I found to be super accessible and hours convenient! In the end when it came time to close the account and remove the lock, they were again extremely nice and helpful. It's great whenever I encounter good employees.

I am an existing customer that went to the office for an extra space since I has an emergency Milagros took care of me with an excellent sercice, I am very glad very happy with her service.

Had many problems here! First had water leaking into my unit, second had ants everywhere! Third someone left some crap I front of my unit, I called twice! No one bothered to pick it up! Forth is the kicker! A dead rat inside my CAT6 box! The box was on a top shelf. Thank god I'm moving out of this disgusting place!!!

Juan Carlos is the most professional employee who goes above and beyond for his customers. I am extremely impressed by his exceptional customer service skills and made sure to handle any questions and concerns immediately reassuring any doubts I had.
