Highly recommend this organization because they're very competitive with their pricing the location is meticulously cleaned and the staff especially the customer service are very polite, cordial and professional!
Honestly this is the worst experience I have had with a storage unit. This location rarely it ever have a worker there at the location. They do not fix there access codes. Over the past few months I was rarely able to access my unit because codes didn't work and nobody was working at the location. The customer service is incompetent. I would sadly suggest nobody should rent a unit here.
I just wanted to start off by saying William is genuinely one of the best managers I’ve dealt with at a storage facility. He goes above and beyond for customers and takes real pride in running the property the right way. The facility stays clean and well-kept, and he stays on top of security so the property remains safe and free of unauthorized people or loiterers. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and the condition of the place. Perfect manager—highly recommend this location because of him!!

The employees that work in this location are completely disrespectful with no customer service whatsoever. They all just sit there and do nothing when a complaint is brought up to their attention. This place is supposed to be climate controlled, but the AC is constantly at 80 degrees. Ridiculous, and they do nothing to resolve this issue. Whether it's call someone above them/corporate so they can get this fixed.
Extremely unhelpful and rude employees. The AC is set at 84 and everything inside gets hot and humid. The employees are not willing to help or do anything. Incompetent overall.
After one year they will charge you more than 100$ and read what are you paying because If you accept they will charge you like 34 extra on fees

I rarely leave bad reviews, the employees are glued to their phone, mind you while assigning you, full blown TikTok videos on blast, on top of that they’re having in depth conversations like there is no customer in front of them. It’s like they’re hanging out at a cafe catching up and you’re bothering them, what kind of place of business runs like this lol? Of course they had the nastiest attitudes and demeanor, I’m assuming there is a manager who enables and supports these behaviors as well. If you read this, I hope you all have the life you deserve.

I’m here at Public Storage today and had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to Netta. From the moment I walked in, she treated me with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
What should’ve been a quick rental turned into a two-hour process, but Netta never gave up. She stayed with me every step of the way, problem-solving, explaining, and making sure everything was done right. Not once did she get frustrated — instead, she kept a positive attitude the entire time.

Fisrt time there and new to public storage. Had a bad experience with employees denying they work there, but had access keys to everything and access to computers and even employee shirts, but said they dont work there. Had a hard time having them show me different unit sizes, they expected me to see them on a screen which i did while at home but wanted to see real thing. Storage facility is brand new, very clean and seems secure. May need 2-4 additional cameras per floor but does have cameras just not comering the whole floor. AC WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT IF THEY SELL CLIMATE CONTROLLED IS SET AT 79F AND OUT DOOR AIR VENT IS OPEN ALL THE TIME. This means content is at risk of decay due to humidity and highly posible to get mold.
To the Management and Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally contest the recent charges to my account and express my disappointment with the service at your 300 NW 36th St. Miami Florida 33127location.
Despite vacating my unit before the end of February and informing the staff of my departure, I was charged for an additional month. This error resulted from the on-site representatives failing to properly manage the check-out process. Furthermore, I was not instructed to avoid using my entry code once the unit was cleared. When I returned on March 1st, I discovered the unit had still not been processed as vacant.
During my visit, I found the staff to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Employees remained on their phones, were dismissive of my questions, and blamed one another for the oversight rather than resolving the issue. When I requested the phone number for your corporate headquarters, an employee named William told me to "get it from Google" because his desk had been cleaned.
I have already made the payment to protect my credit record, but I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and will not be using your services again in the future.

The storage unit service was way better when they had the women name Ashley she was extremely helpful patient and kind after that the new people working there is disgusting manners and horrible attitude and reluctant to assist you and give you the wrong information. The business practices is unethical inhumane and honestly they either rehire the old staff or look for new staff because this is not customer service helpful group.

First don’t be fool by the positive comment they beg every client and gave them discount when they sign ! For their review!! READ PLEASE This public Storage cut the lock on my unit and entered it without legal authorization, even though my unit was not scheduled for auction and I received no proper notice. This action exposed my personal belongings to theft and caused property damage.
I was not informed at the time. I was only contacted 3 weeks later, and when I tried to discuss the issue and ask for explanations, the representative hung up on me.
Because the lock was cut and the unit was entered without my consent, I am extremely concerned about what may have happened inside my unit. This situation raises serious concerns about unauthorized access and the safety of customers’ belongings.
In addition to this, my rent was raised twice within six months, without proper notice, which adds to the overall lack of transparency and poor management.
A storage facility’s primary responsibility is security and trust. Unauthorized lock removal, entry into a private unit, and repeated rent increases without notice are unacceptable practices.
I strongly recommend documenting everything and being very cautious before storing your belongings here. The staff is extremely ghetto and unprofessional on 12/26/2025 1pm. They call me name because I was asking question about what what happened .well see you in court !.

The worst service! I came to my storage unit five days after moving in and was shocked to find that the lock had been changed. There was no one in the office and no one was answering the phone. Two hours later someone finally called me back and said it was some kind of mistake — no apology — and told me to come the next day so they could cut the lock off. The next day the office was again completely empty. When I asked what was going on, they told me that the office isn’t staffed every day and that I needed to come back tomorrow and schedule a lock cut! So twice I wasn’t able to access my own storage unit! Avoid this location and company

I received outstanding customer service—truly the best storage experience I’ve ever had. Even though they closed at 6, the staff stayed an extra hour just to help me finish unloading my truck and get everything into my unit. This is the best Public Storage. Not just because of the new units. Mainly because of their staff- Fred and Ashley to be exact! Fred and myself even talked about Harlem- where I am from and he is visiting. They signed me up for a unit with ease and made sure I know how to work the app and even showed me to my unit. Great customer service then and every time that I have visited after wards. I think I made a great choice in my storage unit.
I made a reservation online for a storage unit at this facility because I found the exact size unit I wanted for a very reasonable price. But I didn’t complete the reservation because I wanted to see the actual unit before paying for the lease. I went to this storage location on Thursday around 3 p.m., but there was nobody at the Rental Office; even though their posted office hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. I waited about 15 minutes, but nobody showed up. I called the phone number too, but nobody answered. Luckily, I noticed a cleaning lady working outside near the parking lot and asked her if anyone was at the office. Her English wasn’t perfect, but she told me that people are never at the Rental Office.
Meanwhile,this company has been calling me nonstop - 2 to 3 times a day for the past few days - pushing me to pay and complete the reservation. What a scam!
By the way, just a few days earlier, I had already had another incident with their office on Biscayne Blvd in Midtown Miami. In the middle of the day the front door was closed. There was a woman inside the office; I knocked, she saw me, but instead of coming to the door to ask what I needed,she simply waved me off and ignored me afterward.
This company is trashy,with lazy staff who clearly don’t want to work. Now I definitely have zero interest in using their storage space. And I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with them!

Recently, this facility has CHANGED their building access hours & it is just horrible. We can only access during business hours or 3 hours in the early mornings. It is very inconvenient to have limited access on the weekends and IMPOSSIBLE after work hours. Another thing is turned me sour to this specific location is that my payment was 3 days late and I have already been locked out of the building & auction threats! Also, the billing is all over the place. After my 1st month, I was charged within 2 weeks of moving in for the following month. I have been charged for last month's rent when the promotion was in place. Now, their coming to collect!? What happened to the offer? I have received multiple emails with different billing pricing due. I am not sure why I picked here and now REGRET it
I've had an excellent experience with Public Storage! The facility on nw 157th and 27th is clean, well-lit, and secure, which gave me total peace of mind. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional—especially Jr., who went above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and easy. Access hours are convenient, and I really appreciate how well-maintained the property is. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing extra storage space!

Cancelled my space rental and moved to another storage location and out of the public storage brand within 2 weeks. The property manager is never there. In one week I went to the site during office working hours in three occasions and the office was always empty and locked.
The code access doesn’t work 100%. Sometimes you need multiple trials. On top outer doors are dragging on the floor and very often left open, which compromises the security.
On the street by the property there is a truck shop and very often the way is blocked by some random truck left in the middle of the street.
They made some extra as I was not able to return the lock (office always closed) which they force into the price with some other stuff but they absolutely lost the customer.
We were looking at options in the area to change storage units and we waited about 8-10 minutes while the representative today was on a personal call (laughing) in her cell phone while we waited for the door to be unlocked. She then unlocked and we asked to please see a unit and she proceeded to make another personal call and have the person on speaker. She then took us up to the floor and we walked around following her while she is on the phone and cannot find the unit to show us stating it was a new facility and units might be “missing”. It was obvious she was distracted by her personal phone call and my wife found the unit herself once we asked her for the number. She then said she couldn’t open it because someone was renting it and then said she would open it. That was the last of our patience and frankly didn’t feel safe knowing an employee would be willing to open someone else’s unit. Oh yea and there was a homeless person who just walked into the building since the doors were open. The security or lack there of was concerning. No gate for the parking lot like a lot of other storage units have nearby which provide more security. I wouldn’t recommend this at all. Has potential but needs better staffing/customer service.
