This review is for the public storage on 7511 NW 73rd St in Miami Florida. I recently rented a perfect storage unit here at this Public Storage and was very pleased with the service I received!! Actually so much that I just had to do a review to let people know!!! The managers were very professional, friendly, happy, helpful, and eager to answer any questions I had to accommodate my every needs!! I wanted to give a special recognition to Mike the Manager, he was very helpful and patient with helping me find the right unit. He helped me walk through the units and find the right size at the right price!! Another thing I noticed was how clean the place was inside and out. Even went to the bathroom and those were remarkably clean... I would definitely recommend this public storage to everyone!! When you stop by see Mike or Octavio for all your storage needs! They're the best in the business!!! Very nice job public storage! I will definitely be recommending this site and the company itself to people!! 5 Stars !!

Because of renovations being done in my home, I was looking for a place to safely store some of my furniture as well as some other items. Luckily I came across this store and aside from it’s accessible location (right off the Palmetto Expressway - NW 74th St Exit), it had great reviews which always helps put me at ease. And as if that wasn’t enough, then I met Octavio!! Super friendly and respectful, extremely knowledgeable and top notch service!! I must have asked him a million questions and he just answered every single one with a smile. Those are the type of people that every business needs!! Octavio is one of the best managers I’ve ever worked with. His customer service is bar non, and his team is just as adequate. The storage center is clean and well managed. I would highly recommend this center if you live in Doral or Hialeah.

Heres the catch: First month was a $1, then $25 for some kind of initiation fee. Then when you get to the actual location they charge you for a $25 lock that eventually become yours. Lastly they need you to buy insurance for $15 so they are not liable for any damage. Total becomes $63. It's still affordable and the service is great. So I give 4 stars.

I toured four different facilities before selecting this storage location. The facility is well-maintained, organized and easily accessible. I also noticed how clean and neat the storage room was. Jorge Helped me with my reservation, gave Me a walk-through, tour and step-by-step guide through the process. He was very professional, informative, personable, friendly and extremely helpful. Jorge had a big part in me moving forward with renting a storage room at this location. He’s definitely a key asset to this business and I appreciate that they have a good, solid professional running their operation. Highly recommend. Take this from someone who has already done the research and vetting of storage facilities in the area.

He called me at 12 pm and I told him that I'm coming at 4 pm when I came at 4 he wasn't there and he left at the door that he will be back at 4:30 and when he back he refused to do anything for me because I didn't come before this time even though the closing time was 5 pm !!!!! Octavio was very helpful! He even explained how the dehumidifier damp check product works which i never knew about at any other place i stored before. Place had the unit i needed cool location by the train

Great experience, we actually arrived late due to other circumstances but they were completely fine. They even tried to fit me into a smaller unit to drop my price, but I just had too much stuff. Very helpful and considerate though! Would recommend.

Walked into the property not sure on what i needed but after i talked to the staff i felt comfortable making the choice i did in the size i had picked. Management did a really good job making this a simple process especially for a first time users of storage spaces. totally would recommend this facility anyone who is need.
