My experience at Public Storage located at 8590 SW 124th Ave, Miami, FL 33183 was excellent. Mr. Daniel is such a great Customer Service Agent. He took the time to explain to me all. He showed me the storage that I chose to see if it was the right one. The office super clean. It felt like a superb experience. All organized and neat.
Note that today before coming to this Public Storage, I went to 2 others Public Storage one in 137 Ave and the other one in Bird and 😩😳😱no comments: dirty, the two attendants at front did not understand each other. The place was smelly. 🫣🫣😶😶😶… awful.
So if you need Storage service go to Public Storage at 33183. It is great….. even PRICES WERE PERFECT 😍 🥇🥇🥇🥇A.B. - June 29, 2024

I went in today to get some info and possibly buy a unit, and Genesis was extremely helpful and super sweet. She answered all my questions and concerns, and I ended up getting a unit :)

I went to the location and no one was there at 10am. The sign says open but to call a number. I call set up payments for my unit and was assured by corporate that the lock to the unit will be provided. I get to my unit and there is a lock on it already. I tried calling down to the desk for help no one responded. Called corporate and after two hours of being transferred to another office and answering machine, corporate couldn’t even get ahold of anyone at the location. When I asked for a refund they were hesitant to give me one.
