Poor customer service. I was really disappointed how Ms. Clara contacted me with a very rude tone until I explained that I had already spoken to the main customer service department and was advised on how to proceed with the return of the rental. There was no need for that attitude.
Also, last Wednesday night I tried contacting the property manager as I had an emergency, no one available. I had to contact Hialeah Police for assistance who then provided a direct phone number for the property manager on call and on speaker the male property manager said "NOT MY PROBLEM, NOT MY ISSUE, I'M SLEEPING". I then reached out to the main customer service who helped me with the issue. Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience so that's the reason why we took my stuff out and rented somewhere else.
Public storage should train people on customer service. Respect towards others, no matter the situation.

Excellent customer service of Clara
Yesterday I reserved a unit online. It was 3pm, the business hours say they close at 5. I showed up to the office and waited 15 minutes and no one showed. Down the street there is another public storage so I stopped there. Thank God for Angie! She tried to help us from her location but was unable to. She drove her personal vehicle to the other location to help me get into my unit. Talk about going above and beyond!! Super grateful to her.. we need more employees who care about customer service like her!
