Cockroaches in my storage.
Is the worse, if you have problems with money they wont even give you a chance. I lost all my kids childhood stuff. Also the manager never answered when i called him so many times left him messaged to give me a chance that i was almost with the money. And you think they cared no he didnt call me back i had finally the money and they sold my stuff his name is rudy alvarado

The reason I’m making this review, and I normally don’t do reviews online was because of Yolanda. This woman has the patience and willingness to understand and go above and beyond to help me out I won’t go into too much detail, but in pursuit of finding the right unit space for me. After the third try it was perfect. She’s a blessing and we need more people to learn and take example of how good her customer service skills are. Thank you Yolanda and Public Storage.

Carolina is amazing. The facility is always clean. Carolina is always running around doing stuff around the facility no matter was it is. I have never seen her on her phone or sitting down doing nothing. When ever I needed anything she does not hesitate to help. She really goes out of her way for the customers and this is not just me I've seen her do it with everyone. She never has an attitude no matter what, she gets it done.

I will definitely keep going to Public storage and storing my personal items that don’t fit in my tiny apartment if they continue to have such a wonderful staff addressing the customers needs in the future especially the young lady named Carolina .
